This already the ES/Dimension body (not the last unit EKs)? Around 370K to 400K is the usual classifieds price i see. I got one just recently for around 360K/370K but this already had nearly 50,000kms on the odo but was in very good condition.

Don't have info for that engine in particular, but it should get 9-10 km/l in traffic and 14-15 on the highway if driven well. 400k is a fair price for both of you, considering the low mileage.

2001 Civic Lxi has the same engine as the EK series. PH15 non vtec. My EK Lxi M/T, can only consume about 12-14 kms/L on a Highway long drive. City driving is only about 8-10 kms/L. I'm also using an ES model VTEC3 A/T VTI-S, fuel consumption of the EK Lxi is cheaper than the ES-VTEC3.
The PH15 engine is reliable and fuel consumption is very good specially on a long drive. Goodluck!

It's a non VTEC engine; it has differences from the EK 1.5L like direct ignition (no more distributor) amongst some. I average 10-11km/L in the city with mine right now. Highway driving can get into the 13-15km/L range depending on load and the pace i keep.
If purely for City driving then get the Emax7. since you already have other cars for longer drives....
