May 26th, 2018 09:14 AM #11if that's the old lancer cedia, it's a discontinued model, and did not sell in large numbers. i had the 2003 model MX, and it gargled gas. i do not know, if your model will.
parts are not difrficult, but not as pedestrian as the altis.
saaayyy... why not the altis? an older one, perhaps, to keep within budget.
the civic may be older, but it sold in much larger numbers than the lancer. if you are going to use it for many years, maintenance will probably be easier.
or a sentra. "may sukli ka pa". but they say sentra ATs use more fuel than the competition.Last edited by dr. d; May 26th, 2018 at 09:17 AM.

Lancer EX platform na itong GLS 1.6AT so you are sure that parts will be plenty since it has been sold locally since 2008. I would pick that over the Civic FD primarily for the reason that its mileage is half of the Civic FD.

May 26th, 2018 12:54 PM #15I'm a civic fan, but for this case I'd go for the Lancer given its newer year model and the odo. .

May 26th, 2018 04:13 PM #20Okay lang ba bumili ng 2nd hand na fiesta sedan as ling as m/t? Paano po ang fuel eff, in case of fiesta na 1.6? Also parts availability?
One can only hope.
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
