You can research which vehicle won the 2010 SUV of the Year and start from there.

Forester XT - most power output among the choices (hehehe). With the new Forester out, the older model might be priced lower.
If you want a small SUV with a diesel engine, go with a Tucson CRDi or Sportage CRDi
If you really need the extra space, you can choose from the Santa Fe/Sorento CRDi or Montero Sport.

May 4th, 2013 04:46 PM #8Among these, the Montero would be the most practical considering the bigger seating capacity, diesel engine, higher ground clearance, more durable chassis and excellent flood fording capabilities.
The only other car I'd personally consider would be the Tucson CRDi. The rest would eat a hole in my wallet with the high fuel consumption!
What are you looking for? Budget?
Is it just me or have traffic worsened this week compared to pre-Holy Week? Is it because people...
