Encumbered CR (Xerox) orig OR HELP!

Paano po procedure una ko pong gawin ?
2nd owner ako ng car xerox cr lang meron ako encumbered pa siya pero kompleto ko lahat ng supportive docs.
balak ko kasi mag duplicate ng cr , need pba ng orig cr para mapatnggal ko un encumbered sa papel e xerox lng po?

paano po procedure gagawin ko pls help!!

kung xerox lang na CR ang hawak mo medyo madugo yan. you have to check kung kanino original naka encumber and get the release of mortage from the original encumberance, bago mo mapatanggal yan.

ngayon, kung complete naman papers mo, ubra na yan. get the release of encumberance from the registry of deeds first, and present the release document to LTO. they will issue you a new CR na wala ng encumberance.

meron nmn po release chattle mortage.. kompleto nmn sya from company. nka file po sir yun cr sa qc extension office. san ko po kya mpapaalis un at magkano??

kung saan original naka file.
kung sa qc extension office, ROD muna ng QC to release the chattel mortgage, then LTO QC Extension office.
no idea though on the price.
