Hyundai Tucson OEM headunit problem

Hello, I just had a problem on an oem headunit of my cousin's Tucson Hyundai 2013, the problem is....DVD function is not working (when I inserted a disc, Its just load and load and load until it eject the disc) the back-up camera is not working and the video function (playing movie from USB) is not working. Meron bang kayang gumagawa ng ganitong headunit?

kung oem yan mas ok kung dalhin niyo sa casa dahil sila rin ang nakakaalam ng units nila, baka mareplace pa nila yan for free

Yes OEM siya but my cousin bought it as a separate option in casa to upgrade the ordinary stereo (kahit na may kamahalan) since yung Tucson niya is not TOTL trim..(afaik TOTL trim had this headunit built in all-ready) (kahit na may kamahalan), We made a report regarding sa issue ng headunit but pinaiikot-ikot lang kami sa casa at pinaghihintay....until now no response sila.

Zap, sa ganyan sa CASA mo talaga idadaan. Even if you know the OEM supplier (ex. AVT for Mitsubishi Montero Sport), all problems should first be processed sa casa rather than going to Winterpine for repair or replacement issues. I would suggest following the issue up and if wala pa until then have a talk with their manager.
