Please prepare some cash if hindi na-grant yung food sponsor natin.

Bad news: Hindi na-grant yung sponsorship sa food natin.. So, pot luck tayo sa Sunday at konting ambag ng cash for our food. Free naman yung resort w/c is Anawagin Cove.

Please cooperate.

Sana naman SOLID parin ang grupo natin kahit may mga problema.

Hindi naman kasi palagi sa free / sponsor lang tayo aasa diba.

Biglang nasira ang advance celebration ko after receiving the SMS.

Sa totoo lang hindi talaga ako natuwa dahil napaka bagal ng response ng HARI.
Kailangan ba 1 week or more para lang pag-isipan kung i-grant ang sponsorship?
Balita ko isang pirma lang daw ang kailangan eh.

Ang tagal tagal na nating inaayos 'tong event. Sinabihan ko na rin "sya" na
magpapa-sponsor tayo sa HARI dahil malaking event ito. So sana ready sila diba.

I myself got disappointed with the late advise of NO response as I was so
confident that we will never fail because we made so much favors too for HARI
already in the past not to mention our good attendance in special requests on
events.

But, this is something that Rich is not in full control, she is so much willing
to push the sponsorship and fight for it for us but she did not got the chance
to follow up due to the absence of the CFO for the weekends. I was surprised
when they said it was just presented yesterday but I am still comfortable that
it gets approved because that's the typical way they normally do, rush for its
approval 1-2 day prior to events just like what happened to SFCP and also during
our last Tagatya Fun Run but I would say there were lapses also on our part that
we were not able to fix a date and good attendance ahead of time, I was not able
to prepare a powerpoint presentation they have asked beofre the holidays this is
because I got events too left and right while I am busy at work at the same
time. But I did my best to rovide them what they have requested to present but
it's just that approval loop has too tight timeline at this point.

At the end of the day, this should not be the case of not pushing a Summer
Outing or Anniversary Celebration for us, this is something that all the members
should care of, we wanted to have this right? If we care enough to get the club
going because we wanted camaraderie then we should be pushing this with or
without the sponsors, this is just a matter of small sharing and commitment. My
idea of having potluck plus 500 petot don't hurt much if we really wanted to
enjoy camaraedie within the group, have we forgotten our desire to get out of
Tucson Club Phils because we wanted to be free and not tied up with anybody
except to what the members decided? This is the time where we can test our
strength and solidarity to the club- Tucson.PH, that we don't come only because
it's free, but because we care to keep it rolling and growing. The purpose of
this Fun Run
should be to enhance camaraderie and not the self-benefits only. Let's do what
we can give and not what we can get. There would be time like this in any other
clubs, there would be times all are free but this is the moment we need to share
together as ONE!

So let's just push Lejox to get us a venue and bring whatever share you can
bring, enjoy what we can have for free and don't worry about so much that is not
available for us right now.

To those willing to see members and the whole of Tucson.PH this Sunday when
Lejox got a venue, list your potluck (no pressure, no limits) and let's get
going, otherwise this will be the end of everything, I would be more
disappointed if this happens...

Worse case is two advance party will go ahead and look for cheap resorts in
Subic-Zambales area when Lejox is unsuccesful.
