Wow laki ng kita pala dyan. Ilang oras para makuha yung bonus?
Ano na nga din pala status neto against lto and ltfrb? Baka naman mabatak, lugi pa hehe

I think the issues are:
1. There should be a commercial gen liability insurance coverage for both driver and passenger
2. The income should be declared in your ITR.
Pano ba yung nagiging computation jan para masabi na as much as 20k A WEEK yung kita? How much din ba yung nagiging cost ng fuel jan para umabot ka sa 20k? Let's say altis ang sasakyan mo. Average fc nun is 10-12km/l. How many times na kailangan mo magpafull tank sa isang araw or linggong byahe (with schedule na monday to friday).
Yung nga mathematicians po jan pwede po ba magpatulong? Salamat po
Pede ka mag sign up both as an uber or grab car driver. So dalawa hawak mo smartphone. That way mas marami chance mo makakuha passengers. Also may incentives ang uber and grabcar that changes every so often for their driver/operator. So pile ka na lang which has a better incentive during that week for x amt of pickup/dropoff
If an average trip is 250 pesos and you do 10 trips per day = 2500 x 7days = 17500pesos per week less gas (assume 100km/day x7days= 700kms/ 10km/l= 70 liters x 40pesos/liter = 2800 pesos) equals 14700 pesos net/week x 4weeks = 58,800 net per month excluding maintenance costs, amortization and if youre going to get a driver. It really depends how many hours you can endure doing this per day and how many days a week. You have to rest of course.
Dagdag mo pa yun incentive nila pag may na meet kang minimum hours or something.
100kms/day sir? Airport area to qc area is about 20kms already. And 1full tank ng 42L capacity na koche is about lets say 1500?
Thats why i said ASSUME. and the assumption is on an average fare of 250 pesos that should be around 10kms or less. If your doing ten qc airport trips then our formula will change to 10 average 500/trip then 200km day trip. Fuel price flactuates of course and the example i made is only a baseline. Youre free to change any units there. Heck if you can do 20 trips per day on an average fare of 500 edi better.
Also taxis are out 24 hours a day and travel around 400-500kms. Also those drivers drive around like maniacs with no regard to consumption
Thank you sir. My girlfriend told me recently na okay nga daw yung kitaan dito. And she knows someone na kumita nga ng 20k a week. And i said, "net yun ah?" And then she said "di ko lang sure, basta ang sabi sakin naka 20k sila". Then i read this thread. Mukhang totoo nga. Parang gusto ko tuloy maginvest dito. Hehe!
Calling all operators and drivers. Kindly post your ACTUAL experience with Uber in terms of the following: (for at least 1 week)
- number of hours in a day
- number of pick ups in a day
- gas consumption for a week
Would highly appreciate your post.
Thank you.
Yung posted numbers ko pala is net pay with driver using the car for 12 hours a day average, sometimes less pag tinamad daw yung driver ng officemate kl. Car is AT vios E.
Number of pickups in a day kasi bro iba iba talaga. I myself would not quit my day job for this.
Kung 12 hrs a day akong magtatrabaho for 6-7 days no thanks nalang sa 20k per week kahit net pa yan.
What's the gross margin per customer/kilometer? All computations are pointless unless you have a concrete idea of how much you make for every km your customer travels.
UberX flagdown rate is P40, idle rate is P2/min, kilometrage is P5.70/km. For a 10 km trip with no traffic, the customer will pay P97. How much will I get for that? Assuming 8 km/L and P40/L gasoline, that's P50 on gas at least. So I have to get at least P50-60 to breakeven for the cost of gas and wear and tear for my car.
Just read the Uber forums. Doesn't make sense to do Uber as a part time thing, not worth your time. Uber gets about 20% of your net fare, so in my example above, that's 80 pesos for you and 20 for them. You subtract the P50 for your gas and you're left with P30 pesos for roughly 30 minutes of your time. 12 hrs a week for 6 days at that rate will get you about 4.5k, not including depreciation and wear and tear.
Of course, if you log in more hours per week then you get the incentives as well. But I still think it's not worth your time. Tama nga yung sabi nung Uber driver na nakausap ko before - they only make money during surges. On normal rates, they're just wearing down their cars to break even. Mas malaki pa ibababa ng resale value ng kotse because of the added abuse compared to what you'll earn.
not sure kung pano computation nila pero yung 7-11k per week niya yon yung na bubulsa niya. bawas na gas at pasahod niya sa driver don. gamit niya vios m/t 15k daw average niya gas per month, pa sahod niya sa driver weekly depende sa kinikita nila weekly. ngayon daw kasi lumiit na at dami na din kasi driver-operator so nakaka 7-10 passengers na lang daw per day di tulad dati 20-25 passengers per day.
So the 7-11k was with 20-25 passengers per day or with 7-10 passengers per day? Cuz thats less than half so their 7k might be more like 3.5k now, not including amortization and maintenance expenses.
