yung barkada ko may ni rerent na slot sa isang condo malapit sa kanila. malapit ata sa buendia cor makati ave yung office niya. baka may makita ka din na ganon, mas mura ata yun eh. meron diyan sa makati mga flat rate. yun nga lang punuan saka pag ikaw pinakauna, hihintayin mo lumabas yung mga nasa bukana baga ka makalabas. hehehe

mga side streets dito along dela rosa after 5pm free na ang parking.. sa GB5 ako nag pa park.. madaming single slots.. iwas dents... 45 pesos 4 hours then 10 pesos per hour.. pag 4.45pm nilalabas ko na tapos park na lang ako sa side streets.. kahit hanggang anong oras libre na..

same ang rate nang lahat nang ayala parking.. from glorietta, to the link, GB1 to GB5.. 45 first 4 hours + 10 per hour.. pag weekend and holiday flat rate 40.00 pesos.

why not park na lang sa mckinley hehehe

there's the 40petot (not covered) and 50petot (covered -buildingParking) at mckinley, rates for whole day already (they say 12hrs). say you take the shuttle going back to ayala and going back to mckinley for 40petot roundtrip, you get max 90petot expense plus the walking. your call na if you guys are ok with it, morning exercise, drawback lang baka mejo pawis na pagdating ng office, lalo kung mejo malayo ung babaan papuntang office. hehe

mejo congested na kasi ng buildings dito sa makati, mataas din demand for parking space kasi mas madaming employees and businesses., law of supply and demand that we have to accept. :-|

P 130.00 flat rate for the whole day. First 2 ata is 40, then 10 for the succeeding hour. Park only at Basement 5 to 7. If you park early there should be no problem for slots. Mga 10, mahirap na maghanap ng slots.

FYI, ito pa yun other public parking that I know.

Premier Parking - Open - at the back of Philam. Mga 150 whole day. Mga 9 puno na yun, and you have to wait long to find a slot in the middle of the day.
Valero Carpark - Building - just after Paseo Center. Mga 150 rin whole day. Ground and 2nd floor (or upper parking level) lang. You could find a slot before 8am. After 8am, they do valet parking, meaning, isasaksak nila kotse mo anywhere within the building. You leave the key with them nga lang. Around 830am, puno na talaga.
Philam Tower - Building - P 245+ whole day. Parking level P3 to P4 only. Usually may available slots the whole day, because of the parking rates nga.

Sa mga katoto na nag-papark sa Makati, feel free to add.

In our building (Cityland 10, behind RCBC) there are a few parking slots for rent, I think it's between 2,500 to 3,000 per month, not neccesarily cheaper but at least you are guaranteed a slot everyday.

I got a guaranteed parking slot at RCBC. Php 3,200/month, which I find reasonable because I am sure to have a slot no matter what time I come to work. Besides, I bring a car everyday and daily parking costs Php135, which, for a 22 workday month equates to Php2,970 pesos. With a guaranteed slot, you have no worries with ingress and egress at anytime.
