Presidential Spokesperson Ernesto Abella issued the clarification after a supposed Malacañang document has been circulating online, declaring November 13 to 15 as special non-working holidays.”
“It’s not official but I’m sure a statement will be forthcoming,” Abella said in a Palace briefing.
Malacañang does not even bother to update regularly the proclamations on the Official Gazette website anymore.![]()
Speaking of holidays, (especially sa Christmas season), If hindi ako matuloy sa Sagada on the last week of December, what places do you recommend na pwedeng puntahan during the season (except Tagaytay, because I've been there last month).
