mga sir! may nakita lang ako style na habang naka stop naka N tapos handbrake sya...
Pag GO i-D muna then release handbrake? is it advisable po ba? hindi ko ginagawa kasi i think masisira yun handbrake pero yun ang nakita kong ginagawa nun lady friend ko, style na daw nya yun since nuon pa turo ng tatay nya...
Di naman siguro.
I use the same driving style. But I see to it na nakatapak din ako sa foot brake.
During long stops, i put tranny to N. Pull hand brake. Release foot brake. Pag go, step on foot brake, i put tranny to D, release hand brake, release foot brake.

^yeah. Same technique with MT, specially helpful in hanging situations.
Most subarus are equipped with hill-holding feature for this purpose

kapag long stop, i put in N then handbrake. if short stop lang, steady lang apak sa preno then arangkada na agad pag GO...
My rpm is higher when in Neutral compared with in D position on idle traffic. Does it mean it consumes more gas in neutral mode than in drive mode?

lalo na pag mabilis mag red yung lights
at may mga sumisingit
Pag mabilisan naka D lang ako pero most of the time naka N ako kahit d na handbrake or nakabrake basta hinde ako nagalaw, pagnagalaw e di gamit ako nang handbrake. . .

N is your friend lalo na kung rush hour. Tutok din ako ng tingin sa ilaw sa kabila kung walang countdown timer ang stoplight para sure na handa ako. I'm not a fan of multi-tasking habang nagmamaneho. Full attention dapat. Kebs sa telepono muna, pasensya na ang tumatawag.
