reverse wont work from cold engine. (AT)

Hi guys, problem ko sa transmission ko pag cold start or pag malamig makina, ayaw gumana ng reverse shift, need pa na painitin although all gears are working even if cold ang engine. anu kaya problem?

i tried changing ECU
i tried changing ATF oil
i tried overhauling my engine.

but same problem occurs. May nag suggest sakin dito sa forum na ipa replace ko linear solenoid since all gears are working naman yung reverse lang ayaw pag malamig makina pero pag mainit na solid naman ang shifting ng mga gears..

how much kaya tong linear solenoid? and sino kaya gumawa ng tranny ko??? HONDA ESI.

That happened to my Sentra and Familia before. Change tranny was my solution.

Btw, is your car's tranny already sliding? cos that's the case with my Mazda.

Mga sir smooth naman ang shifting wala naman sliding, bsta yung reverse lang talaga problema. san ko kayo to mapapagwa sino kaya expert? nagpalit ng computer box sir, ganun pa din problem.

reverse on your tranny is the functions of 4th and reverese clutch. since you dont have shifting problems when hot; i guess your problem is most probably in the valve body (the reverse servo might be sticking) pag malamig syempre malapot pa ang atf.

so sir, ano po pwede magawa dito? yung reverse servo? is that part of the tranny?

the servo body is bolted to the valve body and is internal to the transmission

check mo sir yung transaxle shifter cable baka po ndi sumesentro dun sa lever. if okay po, pa check nyo po yung pressure sa reverse port ng transaxle

Sir,singit ko n din prob ko bout my tyota camry 88. Pag malamig mkina,nd try reverse or primera,it seems parang babalik sya sa neutral or parang sliding...then most evident is pag nka hanging or inclined position,i need to use the hand break para d ko maatrasan ung sa likod ko.ano po kya ang tnamaan sa trany ko? pls share ur xperience nd pls recommend ung talgang specialist sa matic.tnx in advnce.
