Hi guys,
Meron akong naencounter na sasakyan dati that we wanted to buy. Another buyer who saw it saw that the registration was at LTO Diliman and didnt like it.
Is there anything wrong with "Diliman Papers", especially for imported vehicles? I also found some vehicles in the online classified ads which specified that they had "Diliman Papers", is this supposed to be a good thing? Baka naman kasi the other buyer was just trying to get us off track kasi interested siya sa car na iyon.

meron kami mga Japan surplus vehicles na C ang plaka. pag renew sa QC LTO kailangan daw ng "confirmation" from Subic LTO so kailangan pa pumunta sa Subic to get that "confirmation"
that was years ago so i don't know kung ganyan parin. di kasi ako naglalakad nyan
Was the car imported? If yes, much better kapag "diliman paper" para less hassle sa mga HPG. Marami kasing imported vehicle na pinapalusot lang dito at hindi idinadaan sa tamang pagbabayad ng buwis. Like sa mga "mindanao papers" takaw sita yan makita pa lang plate number mo, alam na ng HPG yan kung saan galing ang papers nyan.
Mas safe bumili ng imported vehicle na Diliman/NCR or Subic papers.
