Kaya ng makita ko concrete block nagchange lane ako to the left pero naka abang na mga MMDA dun. Abrupt change of lane daw ginawa ko wala naman ganon na violation swerving lang, wala din ako nagawa kundi magbayad on the spot.

Pinakamagandang proteksyon against these abusive MMDAs is to follow/obey traffic rules and regulations. Mas ganado kasi akong kuwestyunin ang panghuhuli nila pag nasa lugar ako.

Also, download and print LTO's and MMDA's list of traffic violations and penalties. I keep a copy in my ride. He he he.\

Hep, you must be a Physician b4 installing 1. Baka mapasubo ka pag may roadside medical emergency.

Lastly, always keep in your wallet the calling cards given by, eherm..., friends.

Drive safely bros !

^ effective ba talaga ang mga calling cards? actually meron din kasi akong signed calling card from a certain General of PNP,, pero ibinigay lang yun sa akin ng officemate ko kasi friend nya yung officer.. sabi nga nya sakin ipakita ko lang daw sa manghuhuli..pero im kinda nervous kasi baka mamya hindi naman i honor esp hindi ko naman talaga personally kakilala yung general. twice na kami nahuli ng beating the red light though sabi naman ng driver e hindi naman daw, pero both nadala sa lagay. hindi ko pinakita yung calling card.. kung galing sa pnp yung card,, what if mmda ang manghuli, ok pa rin ba yun?

I'm glad.

a. Manghuli ng traffic offenders(DIUMANO)?

b. Mang-delay ng mga motorista?

c. Magkwentuhan sa daan?

d. Dekorasyon lang sa daan?

e. All of the above

Answer please....

Kwento ko lang yung nangyari skin before x'mas '08:

We're on our way with my 2 kids heading Mall of Asia..
Hinuli ako sa Edsa before mag Macapagal papuntang MOA..

I am an experience driver and start driving way long before year '92
and i'm a taxi driver for 8years before kaya dami ko ng experience sa kalsada..
So alam ko KOTONG lang to..
They try to stop me but I speed up(wag nyong tularan ha)

Kung nag ta-traffic kayo they should be before the barrier not after the barrier....Sinabi ko sa kanya na lumang style na yan and kotong lang ginagawa nya syempre nabwisit skin muntik pa nga kaming mag sapakan eh inawat lang nung kasama nya...

They were 2 of them na naka tayo after the barrier...

NEVER!!!!!!

I'm 38 yo and a very experience driver ..Advice ko lang wag kayong papayag na ganun ganun nlang..Kung may KATWIRAN , IPAGLABAN nyo!!!!

This is a MUST read especially during this Christmas Season. Protect
yourselves especially against abusive MMDA
officers. Have your drivers read this too.

Best also to PRINT AND KEEP A COPY OF THIS E-MAIL IN YOUR CAR FOR FUTURE
REFERENCE.

TOOLS AGAINST MMDA OFFICERS

I just reached my limit last weekend, and decided to take action against
the abusive MMDA enforcers. I basically
called up the MMDA head office and inquired from the Personnel Officer,
Antonio Pagulayan, to clarify their
policies. Here is what I got.

If any of these abuses seem familiar to you, Mr. Pagulayan has asked that
you call either the MMDA hotline (136) or
call the METRO BASE at 0920 9389861 or 0920 9389875 and ask for an
Inspectorate. They will send inspectors to the
place where these MMDA officers are extorting, even while you are
arguing out of your apprehension.

1.MMDA officers are not allowed to group together in order to apprehend.
They are not even allowed to stand
together in groups of 2 or more. The only time they are allowed to work
together is for special operations (probably
when they apprehend groups of buses for smoke belching)

2. Swerving IS NOT a traffic violation. Moving one lane to the left or
right is not swerving, no matter where on
the road you do it. And it is even less of a violation when you do it
with a signal. Swerving is defined as
shifting 2 or more lanes very quickly. So you can argue your way out of
this, and call the Metro Base for help.

3. Sadly, using the yellow lane is a traffic violation and will get you a
ticket. However, buses are really not
allowed to go out of the yellow lane, so if you see selective apprehension
of private cars only, you may complain.

4. MMDA has confirmed that your license MAY NOT BE CONFISCATED at a
traffic apprehension. The only time they can do
so is if you are part of an accident, or it is your third violation and
you have not settled your fines yet. They
are only allowed to give you a ticket, which you can contest. He
recommends actually receiving the ticket in some
instances, so that you can report the officer who did it.

5. Also, you are free to ask any of these officers for their "mission
order", which is written by their supervisor.
If they apprehend you for a violation that is not in their mission order
for the day, you can report them and they
will receive disciplinary action.

So go out and fight for your rights if and when the occasion arises!

Ask ko lang mag sir about sa Number 3(using the yellow lane).

Along EDSA going to Muņoz sa may right side bago mag crossing may mga tindahan ng tiles doon, at may napansin ako na yellow lane for buses.

Ang tanong ko lang paano makakapag park or makakapunta sa store ung mga sasakyan to buy there? or is it okay to cross the yellow lane if intended to going to premises, shop, bank etc.. or pwede mag cross kung broken yong yellow lane?

And one time may nabasa pa ako na may 30sec yellow lane violation, ano po ba ibig sabihin non?

Please help.
