No need to panic. Wala pa naman IRR.

Gumugulo implementation depending on the IRR and it will be implemented 1 year after the IRR daw

They're a dime a dozen in this government. O and she was said to have deleted that post, typical troll move kapag mainit na, delete post, deactivate account or the "my account got hacked" line. Sobrang taas ng toxic level nitong gobyerno.

Thanks for sharing this! 🙏 It’s really helpful, especially for those of us who often drive around the city and sometimes deal with inconsistent enforcement from MMDA officers.

Just a quick note though — while this information is useful, some parts of that email have been circulating online for years and might be outdated or unofficial. It’s always best to double-check directly with the MMDA hotline (136) or their verified Facebook page before using it as reference during an apprehension.

Still, it’s great advice to know your rights, stay calm, and record interactions politely if something feels off. Appreciate you sharing this reminder, especially this Christmas season when traffic and stress levels are high. 🚗🎄
