I think wether the TS is gay or not is irrelevant. I do think the issue here is whether the owner of the accord is acting like he is above the law and being tolerated by the government scums who sre either accepting handshake, tap on the shoulder or a direct bribe. I think some tsikot members know the driver he/they should talk to him in a friendly manner about what is right. If we (tsikot members) tolerate this attitude or even practicing the same behavior on the road, then i would be ashamed as part of this highly respectable online community. I would be very happy to be proven wrong though.

Nung na-carnap yung unit, tanggap na niyang hindi na marerecover.

Pangkaraniwan nang makakakita ka ng ganyan, hindi lang accord, meron din ako nakikita minsan dito sa Alabang, Ferrari 348, taga-Ayala Alabang ata yun, Genesis Coupe sa may campus ng LaSalle sa likod lang may license plate. saka yung bmw z3 ng kanegosyo namin na galing port irene, di niya nilalagay yun plaka, feeling high profile e....tsk! tsk! tsk!

conduction # sticker can be remove as long as the plate number is placed at your car.
now regarding on lost plate, if you applied for a new plate replacement. wala na po additional conduction sticker since your was recorded already at LTO

If you are referring to the conduction sticker, you cannot remove it if the license plates have not been issued yet. I think it's quite hard for it to be removed without effort so very rare lang yung instances na naaalis sya ng di sinasadya.

Now if you're referring to the registration sticker sa windscreen and plates, depende. Yung sa plates, di pwede mawala. Yan palagi tinitingnan ng HPG saka MMDA. Yung sa windscreen di nila masyado pinapansin lalo na pag buo ang window film sa harap. But to be on the safe side, just abide by the law and affix all stickers where they are required (again, except for fully tinted windscreens).

If you lose the registration sticker, you need to go back to LTO with an affidavit of loss informing them that you need a new sticker. They will assign a new set and tag it to your current registration number.

Sorry, my mistake. I was referring to the register sticker that comes with the OR when we have our car registered. Kelangan pa rin ba ng bagong apply sa sticker? or meron na syang kasama pag nag issue ng lost plate? thanks!

In that case, yes meron na sya kasama. Nag apply din ako for new plates nung nawala yung isang plate nung AE92 ko before so naissue sakin yung rizal plates and may kasama sya na stickers.

ang alam ko bossing, bawal talaga. pero tulad ng sinabi mo na binibigyan pa sha ng dadaanan nya, mukhang kilala na sha sa area na GH at Makati. Siguro dati na nila hinuli, pero nung nakilala nila na hindi nila kaya, baka iniisip nalang ng mga traffic enforcers na useless huliin kasi makakalusot din... Lam mo naman... hehehe...
