Wow! Almost one year waiting period to get your plates (bought in May-2012, got plates in May-2013). I wonder if there is anyone who experienced longer waiting period than this.

Mga Sirs, I heard from my agent na ang new plate format daw will be four letters and three numbers, instead of three letters and four numbers, anyone know anything about this?

Also, I wanted to get vanity plates sana, pero hindi daw muna sila tumatanggap ng vanity plates, even three numbers na pareho considered special plates daw and hindi daw muna nila tinatanggap yung ganong requests. Any new car buyer who knows anything about this?

got my plates na din, format pareho ng dati. pero nagasgasan agad yung plate nung nilalagay nila. madali pala mabakbak yung paint natamaan ata ng pliers.
March 4 2013 ko nakuha yung ranger. less than 3 months may plates na

Sabi daw kasi ng liaison officer nila na hindi na daw tumatanggap ng application for special plates kasi malapit na magpalit ng format. Maglalabas na rin daw ng memo regarding this na hindi muna pwede mag apply for special plates. I called LTO naman directly and ang sabi sakin pwede pa rin daw.
