During a press briefing on Friday, January 3, Paje said the country will never significantly bring down air pollution unless we do two things: retrofit our fuel and solve our horrendous traffic problem. Whats your take on this.

We use euro4 diesel and gasoline already on our personal cars. Delivery vans nalang namin ang gumagamit ng euro2 diesel now.

Another way to reduce pollution is by planting trees/plants. Madami kaming plants sa bahay

For now ganito palang yung part namin in helping to reduce air pollution.

Follow Up : May nakita ako sa TV kanina (Wheeler's Dealer) about things done to improved emission testing :

    1. Cleaning engine by using a Decarbonizer machine. and
    2. Replacing exhaust system with something called as a "Vortex" type muffler system.
CO2 and hydrocarbons were significantly reduced to pass optimum emission standards.

    Meron kaya dito sa atin?

Vortex type? Sounds like marketing bull.

The sure way to fix emissions via exhaust treatment is through the use of a catalytic converter (gas) or a particulate filter (diesel). Mufflers can't fix emissions.

Urea injection also works... but for diesel users here, the easier solution is water injection.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
