I just saw a post in twitter from @MMDA saying: ADVISORY: Use of any LTO 100th Founding Anniversary Commemorative Plate is not authorized. Twitpic - Share photos and videos on Twitter

Is this real? I bought 2 plates from sulit.com (LTO 100) for quite a high price. How can I confirm?

saw an AD from LTO sa Philstar kanina.. wala daw silang ni authorized na LTO 100 plates.. so illegal daw use nito..

Get a copy of the LTO memo (print the picture). Bring the plates back to your seller and ask for a refund.
