it might not be corruption sir.. like i said i could be wrong.. but why is it that in countries like australia toll ways are opened and in less than 5 years the toll ways are free already. what would you call a situation where a project has been paid for.. but they are still charging people who use it.. anyways i guess im wrong..

no, you are not wrong. remember the north and south diversion roads of old? we were complaining why toll was still being collected, years after the cost of construction and the projected profits had been realized..
and if i remember right, there were questionable points in the slex contract back then..

When i was still using slex and star tollways a few years ago, as in everyday, inaabutan ko na Lang ng cookies or cupcakes yung teller, and I got to use the star tollways for free for almost a year. Titimbre na Lang sa kabilang duo na padaanin ako hehe. Minsan sila pa mag text Kung bakit daw di ako dumaan, eh hinihintay daw yung biscuit or cookies ko. :naughty2:

I know someone who works before in SLEX tlaga ginagawa daw nila yan mostly pag gabi at pag buo ang pera ng driver.. dating modus nila yung hindi gumagana ang barrier tapos yung driver hindi nakuha ng ticket.. so not counted na yon..pansin nyo ngayon halos lahat ng barrier nila na gana na kaya lumiit ang kupit nila.. kaya sa sukli nalang sila na bawi.. Ako lagi may handa barya pang toll fee or at least 500 bill mas madali bilangin ang sukli.. Pero potahh kung 500 ang kulang tigas naman ng mukha non..

pati sa gas stations i always get my receipts. kasi pag di natin nakuha resibo at di na-i-punch, companies can easily declare it as no transaction happened then syempre kaltas sa tax yun. maliit man, pag pinagsamsama mo malaki rin yun.

hahaha! I know several finance persons, before signing the TXN receipt, they'd mark muna the amount before signing. Nakakaaliw mga tao na very conscientious.
