May bayad na starting Oct 2013. May malaking karatula sa entrance last time we were there.

Many thanks Sir JohnM! Didn't know about this, ito yung Two Parkade, Lane P corner 7th ave right? Any other options for covered parking? How about yung mga condo or other building sa Fort? Some condos in Taft offers pay parking in their bldg even if you're not an occupant. I wonder if this is also the same in Fort?

When I was working at the Fort (2012) I parked at Net Plaza (covered 2nd floor parking). Fee is per hour din but there's a ceiling of 80 pesos per day. Limited slots which were usually all taken by 9am.

Malabo na dito, guards on this building will wave you off to the off-road parking across.

more bad news for people working in BGC.. starting March 3, all ayala controlled parking spaces/building will implement a 40.00 first 4 hours and a whooping 50.00 pesos per hour after that!! Nagrereklamo daw kasi mga restos na wala mapag parking-an ang mga customers nila kaya ganyan ang ginawa.. Mangyayari nyan every 4 hours lalabas mo sasakyan mo then papasok ulit..

^ If you ask me, i think it's BS palusot on saying "restos are complaining on lack of parking".

Someone told me before that quite a good amount of profits or dividends are derived from parking space fees.

Meron dito sa Fraser Place, 2.5K (yata). Yung mga office guys na may motor, they rented a parking lot, I think lima (5) sila. Then divided the rental among themselves.

    1 slot can accomodate 5 motorcycles ..............

    Wais ang mga loko.

hi there, been parking sa b-6 parking area sa high street for almost a year. medyo na shock ako nitong umaga nung nakita ko yung rate increase nila. grabe. asked around. yung open parking area daw sa tabi ng audi dealer same rate pa lang. up till the 2nd or 3rd week of march kung kelan nila simulan ang construction ng condo.

nagtanong din ako sa auro. di fixed rate pag weekdays. its 45 pesos for i think 3 or 4 hours and an additional 10 for the succeeding hours.

may ma-recommend ba kayo na di garapal ang parking rates dito sa bgc? kung kelan parating pa naman bagong tsikot this week sabay ganitong balita pa huhu. hirap maging mahirap

i know i'll get a lot of hate for this but i think they should even make the parking fee higher if you exceed 3hrs. badtrip kasi pumunta jan pag weekdays wala ka maparadahan dahil parati puno. if you're going to buy something at BGC or eat lunch/miryenda there good luck mag hanap ng parking sa iyo. that's why agree ako taasan ang parking fees if nag exceed ka 3 hours kasi sinasakop ng mga office don mga parking para sa mall. also dapat i penalty din nila mga building na di nag alot ng proper/enough parking sa building nila for their employees.

We understand their reasons naman. The problem is there are no convenient alternatives. If I arrive past 8am the nearest available parking is a good 15 minute walk away. Covered parking is 25 mins away. Will do wonders for my cholesterol though.

Sana gumawa sila ng isang malaking underground parking garage (parang yung sa resorts world SG) tapos mag lagay sila ng shuttle bus services to different areas from the parking garage. Tapos mag set sila ng designated areas for people who work there and those who just want to dine or shop, para convenient sa lahat...

Kaso mukhang pangarap ko lang to... hehe
