That was reportedly what Manny Pangilinan was planning. Then the Ayalas bought him out.

I have an event to attend at Tony Roma's sa BGC sa may 5th Ave. cor. 28th Street. Meron ba silang parking, or (pay) parking area na malapit? If I arrive around 11am, me maparkingan pa ba ako? Thanks.

Thanks, JohnM. Would you know the exact parking rates? How much would it be if you exceed that 4 hours?

Thanks ulit, JohnM. I think for this one time event okay na rin. I can understand though how it would be a burden sa mga BGC regulars.

SLMC parking will increase by July 7. P70 for the first 2 hours. I think it's P30 per succeeding hour.
I did notice that ever since High street and Fort strip increased its rates, it is harder to find a good spot at SLMC, though it never gets full. This really pisses me off because sometimes it takes me over 3 hours when I go for my tests and check up.
For those who work in BGC, mukhang patigasan na lang who will continue to bring their cars daily. I won't be surprised if BGC will soon have Makati like parking rates.

BGC already has surpassed parking rates over Makati. Typical rates are P45 for first 4 hours and a staggering P50/hour in the two covered parkings of One and Two Parkade. There is a flat parking rate behind the F1 Hotel (I think P75 whole day) but around 7AM the place is already full...

One of the main reasons why na-encourage mag-drive uli wife ko. One of the babaw reasons din why I resigned from my job.
Tawid ka na lang sa S&R Cathy. Bili ng drinks para free first two hours

why would it be a burden to people who works there? it's their companies fault for not providing parking spots, i'm sure if enough of their employees complain then they'll do something about it. kawawa din kasi mga customers and mga restaurants and shops don dahil sa ginagawa ng mga employees ng business don. imagine punta ka don ng weekday you can't find a parking spot ilan oras ka mag antay bago ka maka park, pano kung may important meeting ka sa isa sa restaurant don patay na. ok sabihin natin na dapat mas maaga ka pumunta para maka park kung may meeting ka don, eh kung di ka naman nag pupunta bgc di mo alam na ganon pala kahirap mag park don pag weekdays. yung mga restaurant/shops don kawawa din pag weekday dami nila customer na nawawala kasi di maka pag park. so i totally agree why bgc raised their parking fee pag office hours, actually dapat bigyan din nila penalty mga companies don na di nag proprovide ng parking spot para sa mga employees nila para matuto.
Buhay na buhay ang BGC this evening. Bukas halos lahat ng restaurants. Sabi pa nung isang cashier...
