Sabi nung 3rd party trucking service namin, LTO are requiring them to change to yellow plates. Pag hindi instant 200k. Colorum daw agad yun.

Our company applied for the change to yellow plates some 3 years ago. Up till now, we're still waiting for LTO to process the application. They can go to hell.

I spent the day today consulting people on this sa LTFRB..

I suppose all I got were people either "working" with the LTFRB guys.. or straight out fixers... so mahirap makakuha ng totoong stand..

as it is, here is the situation, as I understand it:
    1. ang stand ng LTFRB, is that kapag company ka (presuming you manufacture or you make your own goods), yun yung private use.

    2. however, kapag "big company" ka (example given was Jollibee - delivering supplies from the commissary to the branches), nirequire na din daw mag yellow plates.. take note.. it seems LTFRB does not make any distinction between Jollibee owned trucks, and service providers (haulers) of Jollibee

    3. I inquired, what if ako ay distributor... I use my truck 2 ways.. one is to buy from my suppliers (if I pickup the goods from the suppliers' warehouse)... sa akin naka invoice ang goods.. assuming I pickup from 3 companies within a day... the fact daw na magkakaiba ang goods... colorum agad

    4. 2nd way I can use my truck is to deliver to my customers... so maaaring may DR or Invoice ako to my customers... pero the goods are iba iba ang origin (P&G, Unilever, Colgate Palmolive) etc.. colorum din daw.. kasi dapat iisa lang

    5. so when I asked.. meaning kung big company ako.. magagamit ko lang ang truck ko to transfer goods from my warehouse to another of my warehouse? di makasagot yung kausap ko...

in the end... i think.. this is just a fund raising initiative... sa mga kotong cops.. sa LTFRB mismo.. sa mga fixers... lahat sila!!

IT'S MORE FUN IN THE PHILIPPINES ****IN*!!!!!!!

I am also a distributor/wholesaler of consumer goods that pick up stocks directly from the company, and like you sir wowiesy, I also make multiple pickups para masulit ang byahe. If by chance that my trucks get flagged down during multiple pickups, parating pinagbibintangan na colorum even if I have receipts/ papers that prove otherwise.

I think that the LTO or LTFRB or whatever regulating agency should clear this gray area. Sakit sa ulo because some kotongs abuse this rule to their advantage. I currently have a truck na nandyan sa Manila today. Hopefully di ma-tripan.

I don't know if we can have a sit down with James Deakin (or any other columnist with good clout sa government) to at least lay this down... baka naman the columnist DOES understand the logic...

nakikita ko kasi.. nilalahat ng gobyerno.. para lumaki koleksyon nila eh... koleksyon sa LTFRB (yung naka resibo.. which is not even half of the asking price ngayon sa lakaran ng truck for hire sa LTFRB)...

Colorum ba pag ganito? ano kelangan gawin? ano ba dapat?
