Schumy32, kontra kayo ng sinabi ni artpogi and ssaloon tungkol sa Mandaluyong.

Ok sana na pwede dumaan sa Mandaluyong 10AM-3PM in case I need to take the half-day off or kung may errands. I go from Manila to Ortigas, I can use Shaw Blvd.

Mga pareko ko-Is it true that new cars (no plate yet) with conduction stickers are also included in the UVVRP?Based daw ito sa last digit ng conduction sticker?Baka may nakakaalam,paki-confirm-thanks!

No, conduction stickers are not included in the UVVRP scheme. But be aware that there is a law prohibiting the use of vehicle in streets without proper plates. This is a loop hole that every apprehending officer uses. Hinuhuli nila ang mga sasakyan lalo na't bago at walang plaka. But I seldom see new cars getting apprehended by this kind of offense. 2 out of 15 maybe?

    guys!

try texting CODING to 2947, you'll get a response wat time you're not allowed on streets. it says that your car is not allowed from 7-10am and 4-7pm. i'm having doubts about the extension of one hour in the afternoon so i saved the message that whenever i get apprehended by 330pm, il just show it to the officer.

sorry for reviving an old thread but I have a question regarding UVVRP window hour. According sa MMDA site it's 10am-3pm except Makati and Pasay pero kung sa EDSA at Macapagal Blvd lang naman ako dadaan during that window hour huhulihin ba ako ng MMDA? Thanks!

sure ako sir sa EDSA, di ka nila huhulihin from 10am to 3pm,
pero sa macapagal di na ko sure, pasay na ata yan whole day ang coding dun pwera na lang kung kasama sa window (exemption) ang macapagal.

Below are what I know so far about the coding scheme:

    1) Makati and Mandaluyong do not observe the 10 to 3 window
    2) EDSA observes the window every where even in Makati
    3) Pasig do not observe the coding at all so feel free to move around the Ortigas area anytime.

    Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program

The MMDA is implementing a Unified Vehicular Volume Reduction Program (UVVRP) to lessen congestion of streets in Metro Manila.

From 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, cars whose license plate numbers end with these digits are restricted:

    Mondays 1 & 2
    Tuesdays 3 & 4
    Wednesdays 5 & 6
    Thursdays 7 & 8
    Fridays 9 & 0
    Exemptions:

Emergency Vehicles - ambulance, fire trucks with permanent markings signifying the vehicles as such Vehicles carrying person/s needing immediate medical attention.
Official Media Vehicles - marked by official logo and name of the firm and supported by valid registration papers.
    Government vehicles (red plates)
Once apprehended, your driver's license will be confiscated and can be redeem after paying a fine of P300.00 at the redemption center indicated on the traffic violation receipt issued.

Window Hours: 10am-3pm except for Makati and Pasay City

Matagal ko ng nasa isip ito e. For example, 3pm na. The intersection in IPI. One going to libis, one to rosario, one to c5 and one to ortigas. May coding ba dun sa may tiendesitas? kasi pasig pa rin yun pero QC pag tawid. pwede kayang kumanan dun papuntang rosario para iwas coding?
