    Hello everyone,

This is the first time I was told that brand new cars whose LTO registration and plate numbers pending follows the color coding scheme using the last digit of their 'conduction stickers'?

    Is this true?

I was informed by a marketing professional in Toyota Makati to remember that I still have to follow the 'colo-coding' scheme and it would be based on my conduction sticker. My conduction sticker's last digit is 4, hence coding ako every Tuesday??

    Yes it is true.

I have a new car. So while you don't have your plates, the conduction sticker's last number will serve as your traffic-coding number.

Yup. My SA told me about this as well. Makati is especially strict with this rule.

Thanks for the quick reply. Sigh, san naman nila nakuha yung ganyang batas (ammendment, LTO memo, etc.).

Regardless, I think that is just fair so I'll comply. Dapat pala ipaalam din natin ito sa ibang tao, baka madale sila ng MMDA, nakakahiya makipagdebate sa traffic enforcer then it turns out, tayo pala ang mali (albeit, adamant but wrongly informed).

Yes. Ingat ka na lang, especially in Makati.

Pero, bihira lang hinuhuli nyan dito sa QC. ;)

Pero in Makati, ingat ka na lang talaga.

Yes it's true but in my experience, my SA said it only applies to Makati. I was never flagged down due to it.

Been travelling with the new car pero di pa naman nahuli because of coding based on conduction sticker. Ginagawa ko na lang di ako pumupunta sa Makati pag coding, derecho na lang sa kliyente hehehe.

I guess I was lucky last Friday since hindi ako pinara ng makati police nung dinala ko yung bagong car ko sa office sa Makati. Thanks a lot for this information!

Coding for Brand New cars is based on 'conduction sticker's last digit?
