May nagbebenta ba ng stock fog trim ng fortuner?yung texture kasi nung fog trim ko nging glossy tpos medyo cloudy hindi na semi rough..small part lng nmn affected..pero annoying

just got our new fortuner 2.5 AT! :D will be reading the manual later. btw, dba pagka-hand over sayo ng dealer (in our case, dineliver) may kasama na syang official receipt at certificate of registration?? tama ba? wala kasi ako sa house nung dineliver kanina. tinanong kasi ako kung gusto ko na daw yung conduction number and if hindi, papalitan daw nila. alanganin kasi ako mamaya hindi pa pala registered? or something..

Update: my agent just texted me saying that Toyota might not agree to deactivate it as it might void the warranty. Is that true?

I called winterpine araneta rgdg this, they gave another number which they say is their aurora blvd ofc handing under warranty vehicles.
I was told they need a waiver coming from the dealer or agent, then they can remove the security lock for free.

mga tsikoteers, any news kung kelan lalabas new model ng fortuner?

My agent said that Toyota decided to push back the release of the new Fortuner to 2015 so that it won't affect or conflict with the release of the Rav4. Sounds logical.

guys baka may alam kayo na mabibilhan ng spare tire cover ng fortuner? yung waterproof na parang fabric/car cover lang sana at hindi hard plastic. (hard plastic yata yung available sa casa). gusto ko kasi bilhan para hindi nagdudumi yung spare tire ko. pag nakabuntot kasi ako sa montero parang maganda yung cover ng spare tire nya. haha!

I use weathertech (made in usa). I believe its pricey at 5K. It covers the entire third row (not including the recessed foot space of the 3rd row passengers). You can get at Mother's San Juan (across Concept One in Santolan, San Juan).
