Share ko lang, our 2nd gen unit Vios E, upgraded to LED headlight, very satisfied. Kala ko hindi safe gamitin at nakakasilaw sa kasalubong. Hindi pala.

Fellow tsikoteers, close to deciding on getting a Toyota certified pre-owned Vios G. Sa mga nabasa ko, stock tyre size is 185/60 r15. Planning on changing it to gain ground clearance w/o changing mags. Lumalaki na (at bumibigat [emoji16]) 2 anak ko kasi. Checked w/ the dealer & warranty won't be voided daw.

Option 1: 185/65 r15. Based on tiresize.com I stand to gain 0.8" of clearance.

Option 2: 205/65 r15. I gain a whooping 1.8"!

Sa mga nabasa ko, option 2 - kung pwede nga sya sa unit na 'to - is not advisable since madami na makro-crompomise like mileage, shocks longevity & overall vehicle stability.

Best ba sa case ko option 1? Is option 2 even feasible for this vehicle?

Sir I have a Vios 2016 E and changed all the tires last Feb.

Im currently using a 195/60/15 now and so far umangat naman yung clearance compared sa stock size.

who said shock life will be compromised? taller side walls will absorb more. dont expect shocks to last forever though. they need changing once the ride feels different.

1size bigger is ok. but getting almost 2inches of lift will definitely damage the wheel wells and tires themselves.

Hi guys, first time car owner ako ng brand new Vios 1.3 E AT.

May questions lang, di ko kasi sure kung normal ba yung parang nag jjerk sya minsan, ramdam sya pag matrapik eh, parang hinihila ako pabalik pag nag aaccelerate.. pero minsan ko lang sya nararamdaman.. tapos pag nasa slope naman, minsan todo apak kana di pa din makaandar, sobrang dahan dahan, pero madalas ok naman..

inoff ko na nga yung eco mode eh baka dahil dun, pero same pa din, yung parang ramdam mo na nag ffirst or 2nd gear sya..

previous experience ko naman sa bnew honda civic pati chevrolet spin, hindi naman ganto..

so not sure kung normal ba sya or something.. naka xtra unleaded din pala ako na gas, if that's a factor..

I highly recommend seatmate sir. Look for their mandaluyong or Paranaque branch whichever is nearer to you po.
