hi guys. my family went out of town this weekend. First time ko actually nadala yung innova ng mejo malayo. Napansin ko lang nahirap siya humatak pag paahon. Ang hirap mag over take. i just hand my change oil tune up last month. Is it because puno kami (8), or is it because mali shifting points ko? or di talaga malakas sa hatak ang innova.

ithink its normal...baka masyado puno na kayo sir...kami din we tried na puno 8 pax with bags going to baguio.kayang-kaya naman kaso medyo mabagal compared sa normal. at medyo kelangan magexert ng effort sa pag-overtake

pansin ko lang, "parang" simula nung nag palit ako ng fully synthetic oil sa innova diesel ko na 2005 ay "parang" humina ang hatak at medyo bumagal...pakiramdam ko hindi ganito dati, kahit regular oil lang gamit ko...120K na odo ko at every 5k maintenance changeoil...any idea bakit ganito...thanks

happy laborday mga sir and ma'am. my diesel unit has reached 940 km sa odo so will gooing to the shop this comminng week for pms. long drives ng holy week. notice ko lang medyou rough ang engine ko pag above 2500 rpm. di naman hirap pero noisy at ramdam ko makina sa gas pedal. ask ko lang kung normal lang ba ito sa diesel unit? o dahil bago pa engine? should i point this out sa SA? usually tuloy nasa 60 kph lang hatw kko kasi pag nag 100 engine staarts to suond noisy and rough.

normal yan sir, sakin din ganyan, ramdam sa apak, maingay din pag nasa loob pero pag buksan mo bintana saglit, mapapakingan mo sumisipol yung tunog nya sa labas, ganda ng tunog pag naka turbo eh, buong buo. :D

baka wala ka lang bwelo sir kasi puno ka tapos pataas pa yung road. malakas hatak nyan talaga eh. chaka wag mo pilitin i overtake sa pa ahon sir, masama sa makina yun, puno eh, masyado pwersado.

Na experience nyo na ba mag apply ng brake (not hard) while cruising your innova on above 100kph (say 120kph)? napansin ko kasi na pulsating yung steering wheel kapag namemreno ng above 100 pero after nya mag below 100, nawawala naman. Normal ba to? (2006 E D4D - no abs)

For my first post, I would like to ask assistance/recommendations/suggestions po sana.

We've decided to buy Innova G Gas A/T under bank financing. Last month (April 2011), I was checking different Toyota Dealers specifically Bicutan, Cubao, Manila Bay, Makati and Commonwealth for the best deal, and so far up to 50K discount ang na offer sa akin. While I was following up my inquiries kaninang umaga, I was really shocked when all of them said that there are no discount this May! Laking hinayang ko talaga...

That's the time i logged in here, stopped lurking and started my first post. Hingi po sana ako ng tulong baka may kakilala kayo na makakapag bigay pa ng magandang deal despite the "no discount policy" this month.

I'm open for any suggestions and recommendations po. Decided po talaga kami sa Innova G (bronze mica), and I just want to have a good deal--Bang for the buck ba...

Last week after the dealer received the P.O. from the bank, the SA suddenly contacted me about changing the terms of our sales agreement to reflect this no discount or increase in price. What a jerk! Its a good thing neither the bank or I moved an millimeter. Still waiting the delivery of my unit since last sat.

I suggest if you can wait, buy a unit by Sept or Oct, when supply normalizes. Otherwise the dealers will just take advantage of your situation. To them, strike while the iron is hot.

And there is really no good deal our there, except for the 50,000 discount (even this is standard-although I'm not sure how you got that for G variant since 50,000 max is for E variant only.) All dealers give the same standard "free" items: tint, seatcover, tools, floormat, etc...

Thank you sir sa suggestion. When you say rotors, nag try agad ako mag google and I found out na baka yung vibration or "brake juddering" is galing dun sa residue ng newly replaced brakepad ko na nag accumulate sa rotor disc. (bendix is a good brand right?)

Actually 40K + 10K dahil sa loyalty discount. Since bibilin na yung Altis namin this coming last week of May kaya medyo pressured makabili ehehe.

Siguro sa insurance na lang ako manghihingi ng discount. Thanks again po!

My uncle also got a 40K (w/loyalty) for his V. We got disc of 50K for an "E" (40K standard + 10K loyalty).

Yeah really good deal nga. Kaya nanghinayang ako after hearing the no discount policy for May... pang upgraded head unit na din yun! Wait ko siguro June and perhaps magbago ihip ng hangin sa Japan. ehehehe.

gas ba or diesel? sakin kasi gas m/t pero ok naman sa akyatan e. natry ko na ilang beses sa kenon road 7-8 kame lahat ok man siya e. hindi naman ako nabibitin. same din sa quezon national park going bikol (un zigzag don na puro paahon). tamang bwelo lang ang kelangan at tyempo ng change gear. minsan kasi late na yun change gear mo don ka mabibitin. dpat anticipated mo. before holyweek kenon din kami dumaan pero this time i used my newly LPG-equipped innova m/t ok man siya. i just need to put extra press sa gas pedal to compensate the slight loss of power of lpg pero overall ok man.

as i have observed with innova, it's not like a sedan that can easily cope with these kinds of road conditions.

for several years i've been driving a sedan and jumping into an mpv is a drastic move with regards to the feel of this kind of engine response. there's a massive difference i would say.

correct mindset, momentum, timing and pedal position has to adjusted to make this large piece of steel act the way you want it to. don't push too hard on the pedal - it won't work! do it gradually.

believe it or not i had my right arm ache for a day after driving manila to ilocos because of the shifter - i'm using gas e m/t btw.

diesel sir...i mean malakas sya kahit puno pero di na ganun kabilis...you need to put extra effort especially when overtaking which i think is just normal...i tried na din dumaan dun sa quezon sa eme road going to bicol...sobrang tarik talaga pero di ako nagalinlangan kayang-kaya talaga...diesel eh
