Good afternoon mga sir, tanong ko lang po kung may naka-experience na dito ng squeaking sound na galing sa makina ng Innova 2008? 2x pa lang siya nangyari, nung una pagkastart at yung sumunod the next day habang tumatakbo. Sinubukan ko apakan ng todo yung gas while idle pero hindi naman lumabas yung sound. tingin nyo po ba belt na to? kay erpat kasi yung innova kaya hindi ko namonitor yung mga PMS nya dati.

to confirm, i try a few squirts of WD40 to it (the bearing! not the pulley mating surface!). if the sound disappears, then that's it.
the long-term solution is to replace it.

tanung lang po ano po okey na pang alis ng scratches yun kahit mababaw lang po na gasgas

I use this. They're available in popular colors (I have the Silver) so any residue will better match your finish.

The bearing itself should be cheap. Replacing the whole assembly (including the damper) will cost more, tho.

Any wax would do sir

Depends on the wax. To fix light scratches, the wax should have polisher compounds that can clean up the light scratches. These waxes are otherwise known as Cleaner Wax.

Car wax without polishing compounds and are typically applied as the final coating are called Finisher Wax.

for winshield try mo elevo brand medyo pricey lang then sa body try mo 3M synthetic wax maganda sya compare sa turtlewax

T-Cut is available in Black. But you're right, your mileage varies with removing scratches from dark-colored paint. Silver is still, by far, the only color that's practically impervious to minor scuffs and scratches.

nag DIY replacement of fuel filter ako. mas mura ng onti yung element sa casa conpared sa auto supply

binaklas ko to clean the assembly, it was surprisingly clean and no traces of dirt or sludge.

pinalitan ko yung o-ring dun sa canister, pagpihit ko dun sa ring na nagsesecure ng two halves parang mahigpit masyado? or baka dahil lang kasi bago yung o ring?

Pag dating sa bahay, mga 5km mula sementeryo, napansin ko yung temp, mataas lang ng konti sa linya ng C, as in 1 mm lang. E diba ang normal temp ng innova is mga 1/3 or 1/2 sa temperature guage? Tapos the next day ganun padin , di masyado tumataas at parang medyo mahina ang hatak, naisip ko nga baka may sumama galing sementeryo heheh.

Unit is 2012 G with only 46,000km.

malamig kasi panahon ngayon. pansin ko din, mas matagal than normal ma-achieve ng makina yung optimum operating temp niya.

tanung ko lang po mga sir normal lang po ba mas naging maugong yun fan ng innova kumpara sa dati after malagyan ng silicone oil, napansin po kasi ng mekaniko na mahina yun ikot ng fan, nun macheck ubos na daw pala yun silicone oil

meron na po ba nagpapalit ng serpentine belt ng innova diesel dito nasa magkano po kaya ang price ng gnaun, nasa 74k km na po yun inoova namin posible po ba na ganitong mileage palitan na yun belt
