i'm getting a E-variant unit. sulit ba antayin ko new release for the ABS but add'l 15K ? or get it now while it's still cheaper...

Php15k for ABS? Mura na yun. Worth the wait lalo na sa mga pick-up dahil magaan ang likod pag unloaded.

Mas gusto ko pa ang ABS kaysa SRS.

same paren 1 airbag for G units. E doesn't get airbag.

otep,
plus wheel well cover. no more trying to replicate a cover(from another thread)
what i don't understand is the added clean air filter. dagdag daw from previous air filter.

OT: now i've seen the triton thread, hindi ko maisip if it will be worth to wait for a comparison.

Baka pre-filter din yun. Something you find standard on its big brother, the Land Cruiser series. Madaming diesel vehicles may ganyan. Patrol din meron. Sa Mitsu naman cyclone at dust pan ang parang pre-cleaner before sumabak sa main air cleaner yung hangin.

August na, sandali na lang ang October. I'd just wait, IMHO.

ang mahirap lang sa antayan e hindi lang october aantayin. siguro a year after pa para fully reviewed and bug-free. hehehe

August 2005 pa nilaunch yung Triton. Wala namang major issues up to now.

Yung engine naman is similar to Starex and Sorento (both 4d56 based). Hindi ko lang alam kung sino gumawa ng CRDi ng Mitsu. Dati kasi ZEXEL gumagawa in injection systems ng Mitsu.

thinking about it, tama ka. one thing i noticed about hilux is parang walang 2.5D sa ibang bansa(or few). so relatively fewer reviews.

but if triton comes here with the same specs as from other countries then maybe it will be fully tested by then.
