tumawag ulit si misis at ask niya ang toyota kung bakit di pwede lagyan ng alarm un grandia gl.kasi daw nag kakaproblema sa wiring at di na na fit un door shell nga grandia gl pag binaklas so after a year nadedeform siya para daw lomolobo..totoo kaya yun..

ang alam ko lang sir if brandnew yung unit is baka daw ma void yung warranty sa electrical system. dapat yata toyota rin ang mag install ng alarm. anyway i had mine installed at autospecs in banawe. autopage car alarm po pina install ko and it cost me 3.5k all in. btw mga sir may nabibili na ba na 2012 facelift na pang GL? i mean yung headlight, grills and bumper only. 2009 model po kasi yung sa akin eh balak ko sanang i-face lift. thanks in advance.

Thats crap. Lahat ng hiace ambulance namin may alarm. Hehe.

oo nga sir talaga naka plan na mag papa install ako ng alarm pero ayaw talaga nila..un una call ko ok na 5k all in,then after sila tumawag na di na daw sila nag kakabit at nag kaka problema daw.pwede sa labas pero void un warranty sa electrical lang naman.so kapon sa toyota pasig namin nakuha yun van..

un daw door shell nadedeform after a year kaya binabalik sa kanila.ewan lang ha..

Hi po, my father is planning of buying a new family car for us kasi po dati yung biggest version ng toyota hi lux na black yung gmit namin kaso sakto lang sa family namin dahil it is just like a 5-6 seater car at kung may sasakay na mga kasama eh sa likod na sila ng pick up so we are planning to buy a new van so we don't need to rent vans during long family trips. May i ask lang po kung may built in tv na po ang commuter or Gl Grandia pag binili or does it need to be intalled.with our own expense, i saw a lot of vans kasi na may tv sa unahan and sa passenger part na naka built in sa roof i just wonder if Toyota hi ace commuter Gl grandia has it too. Thanks so much i am a girl and i have not much idea on cars.

It's an aftermarket install. A lot of accessory shops can do it for you. Just replace the head unit; i'd suggest the headrest with built-in monitors.

Ditto. So you don't need to drill holes in the headboard, plus reinforce the mounting location of the overhead monitor -- which is a problem on some vehicles.

mga sir ask ko lang kung may cabin air con filter ba yun grandia gl ntin?if wala pwede po ba lagyan yun at makabili ng oem part..ilan po ba filter niya..thanks..

On the overhead A/C unit (rear), you'll see a filter on the air intake outlet (left and right side). You clean that from time to time. AFAIK, our Grandia GL (2008) has a filter also on the glove box portion (contrary to what one SA told us before na wala daw yung Hiace when i inquired); best is to disassemble your glove box and take a peek.
