hi guys,

this is what i did. sobra ako excited so i got the avanza and had it registered 2007 january. so gamit ko na sya ng two months. nag pagawa lang ako delivery receipt every week kaya pag nasita ako sinasabi ko kakakuha lang. their correct in saying masmakaka piga ka ng add on interest rate sa bank ngayung december kesa january. mine is 10% in two years.

Same here. Masyadong excited din kasi! hehe Had mine registered for 2007 and had also requested weekly delivery receipts up til next year. Dito naman sa probinsya di halos naninita, pero maige na din yung sigurado. Also, dito kasi mabilis mag taas ng presyo ng dealers. Like sa Innova, kaka release pa lang, two months later nag text na SA na magtatas na daw sila ng mga presyo...

At least I made my wish come true to be the first here to have an Avanza! Weeeeee!

ive been sa isang toyota dealer. naka display yung avanza bare model (pang taxi daw). I went inside and sat on the driver seat. one of the customer opened and closed the other front door. and guess what? ang sakit sa tenga from the inside. but if nasa labas ka then sinara yung pinto okay naman. anyone noticed this?

Hmmmm. I have a 1.3J model. I don't know kung anong pagkakaiba nya sa bare model for taxi, but I don't feel any pressure in my ears whenever I open and close the doors. My young sons who seem to be glued to the inside of the car nowadays (laging sama ng sama at naglalaro sa loob ng sasakyan kada ilabas sa garahe kasi ) didn't complain of any problems during closing of the doors. My doors are almost the same as posted in the pictures of early threads here (bare metal door trims and thin pressed vinyl door panels) but both the noise inside and outside are acceptable.

For 1.3 owners, have any of you guys made upgrades on your rides? Kung meron pa balita naman. Pakita ng pictures kung meron, hehe. Gusto ko na talaga kasing magpagawa ng uprgrade pero since wala pang orig Toyota Avanza parts available malamang sa labas ako magpapagawa. Like power windows, alarm with back door latch control (para mabuksan na luggage door from the ouside hehe), roof rack, door visors, body kit. Yun muna. La na budget sa iba e. hehe.

A telling sign of the taxi model, is the lack of a third row bench and it is only available in color white.

hi peeps! congrats sa mga new avanza owners! nakakatuwa naman ang thread na 'to. it reminds me of the toyota fortuner thread that vicoyski started last year. naalaala ko tuloy when i got my fortuner vvti a year ago. super excited din ako. enjoy your new rides and welcome to the family of toyota owners!

haven't noticed that my friend. I just came from a 3 hour traffic from rosario cavite iba talaga ang avanza. di ako pagod kasi mataas sya and rides almost like a sedan. just a little input of my experience. by the way i live in san juan near the munisipyo. hehehe

I can help you with avanza champagne. no waiting time and pila. just tell me if you want. its in toyota dagupan where i got. andito land bodega nila sa maria clara quezon city. service center dito na rin sa kanila. and galing ng system nila madali mag pa service.

Hi Gensi, if ever lipat ako ng branch which you recommend (Dagupan), i-apply ko pa ba ulit ng panibagong car loan yun. Approved na kasi kami sa BPI pero para sa Toyota Shaw. Wala pa kasi available dun sa champagne color na gusto namin. Thanks.

pwede yun. pero mas maganda kapag e bargain natin na pababa an natin yung interest rate compared sa b.p.i para mas magand di ba. pero alam ko pwede kasi bank naman ang kausap hindi naman ang dealer. direct tayo sa may ari ng toyota dagupan. wala na tayong sales agent na kakausapin. if you want canvass lang samahan ko kayo.
