    Regarding buying a 2nd hand car compare to brand new...

    i once owned a 2nd hand accord, and guess what halos every year may pinapaayos ako... and you are not sure ano masisira sayo while driving, and honda's part is no joke if we talk about cost.

    compare to brand new... at least ikaw ang nag-aalaga nun and you know ano ang performance ng car mo.... sa 2nd hand definitely the seller wont tell it's defects and is always in good working condition... nde na nga good ngayon eh excellent na....

    so for me... brand new ....

    to avanza owners.... bad experience in TYT Manila bay ... nagwala gf ko kanina kahit the same ng may-ari ng company nya and yung sa TYT manila bay.

    i have my 1K check earlier... nagpa-appointment ako ng 9 ah, ang galing iwan pa din yung sasakyan natapos 3 PM. Here's the job done 1K check, full tint yung front (cost me 2300 ++ 3M brand), check yung cowl (walang nagawa), check yung door switch kasi kapag nalulubak umiilaw yung door open indicator and dome (wala din nagawa).

    when i got my car around 3 PM, madumi yung windshield ko puro alikabok at tipong nabasang alikabok... eh kakapa car wash ko lang kahapon, yung ambi pur ko sinalpak ng pabaligtad so natapon yung pabango and pumasok yung pabango sa singit singit nung defogger switch, side mirror switch, ang dumi ng sidings, yung 2nd row ko ang dumi din parang may kumain ng chichirya at may wrapper pa... nakatodo yung aircon sa second row eh nde ko binubuksan yun kasi lagi dalawa lang kami ang sakay ... in other words binalahura... napamura ako kanina.. nagbayad na ako ng 6K ++ tapos ganun pa maabutan ko sa sasakyan ko... akala ko anong discount pwede ko makuha kasi nga warranty ganun din pala babayaran mo lahat, eh di dapat dito nalang sa q-ave ko pinacheck... mas malapit ako sa q ave....

    mag file kami ng written complaint......

    Manila Bay sucks.............

    Did you call the attention of the service manager and show them what your car looked like when it was returned to you?

    actually i called the SA, and ang sabi yung sa accesories daw ang gumawa, yung nag tint... kaso umuwi na daw.... sa monday na daw nya sasabihin....

    Next time ask for a manager. It doesn't matter which department did it they are one company and the service at the very least should have been free at that point. I guess that's the difference between Philippine and US customer service. Heck, here when I took my truck in for service they took a little longer than expected and the service advisor decided that it would be free because of my wait. File your complaint and ask for free service on your next visit because of what they did to your vehicle.

    actually service is free because of the warranty, what i paid for is the parts.

    You paid 2,300++ for tint but your total was 6K++. What else did you pay for?

    part of the 1k check is change oil, change oil filter, some flushing fluid
