From there afterwards makikita mo na kung may leaks pa or wala na.

From that point after the overhaul, dapat ay wala ng tatagas na langis

    Sir Chito,

I tried back-reading and here's what I understand: (Nagpa-overhaul ka kasi kumakain na ng langis at may leaks, then nung ma overhaul nag overheat naman dahil may mali at may kulang pala sa cooling system, you tried installing an auxiliary fan to address the overheating and it did. After sometime, may moist of oil leak na coming somewhere the cylinder head and front of your engine. You brought your FX at Cargard and then they changed the oil seal and torque tightened the cylinder head bolts due to findings of insufficient tightening.) This is what I understand, please do correct me if im wrong or something's missing.

Based on the above, I believe that due to the frequent (3 times) overheating, either your cylinder head MIGHT have warped already or your head gasket might have been burned due to the extensive heat of overheating, which of course have caused your engine, the leaks. I hope the re-tightening has already addressed the leaks, and I do also hope that my analysis is wrong.

    thanks in advance

    mga bro,

the tightening of the screw was done by the mechanic from cargard to test the cylinder head gasket. he did it to prove that it was not the cylinder head gasket, but the oil seals. and I quote "o tingnan mo nasa no. ____ (he mentioned a number but I forgot) na yung torque wrench, ibig sabihin nahihigpitan ko pa, ibig sabihin hindi cylinder head gasket ang problem."

Sana naman na engine wash man lang before or after ginawa yung engine mo, nakita ko yung sludge eh

    Sir Chito,

Given the images above, I think napalitan naman lahat ng oil seals. As for now it is best to observe first after the engine wash. Also, I would recommend opening the timing belt cover (yung sa ibabaw lang) after a week or two para malaman kung may oil stains o wala yung timing belt area.
