After driving diesel it's hard to go back to gas.
workaround ideas to discuss among friends: Diesel engines: some taboos still around it
One of the taboos about diesels is related to the maintenance: it's actually not so harder as most people think. Due to the absence of an electric ignition system, they're even simpler to work on. And currently with all that electronic engine management systems all-around, their fuel injection hardwares are getting closer to the a gasoline/E85/CNG/LPG setup, easing the first contacts for mechanics unexperienced on the diesel field.

For family use... I agree best go for innova ... pero kung dalaga at binata gagamit o single user go for avanza....

sir, bat di ka pa mag-Altis or Honda City kung madalas e ikaw lang ang sakay pala?e yung mga yun mas matipid at mas mura except for the altis na same price lang ng Innova J.kasi if pangpamilya hanap mo, mag AUV/SUV type of vehicle ka pero kung ikaw lang naman pala madalas op anak mo, kotse ka na lang.

February 23rd, 2012 11:16 AM #69Actually isa yan sa suggestion ng brother ko... Get the Altis or the Innova... instead of the Avanza.
The avanza was just right for our needs.... compact for 1 person driving then convertible yung space that can load yung buong drums set ng anak ko and lagyan ng cage sa likod for my dogs.
Talagang kanya-kanya needs ng tao... kaya nung nag usap kami ng anak ko medyo magkaiba kami ng opinion on what to get for his ride... sa porma kasi sabi ng anka ko mas gusto niya sedan... pero sabi ko you need space for your drum set and space if ever may mga group project kayo... you can accomodate your classmates... also sabi ko ... kapag kumuha ako example ng toyota fortuner papayag ako na makipag palit palit ng ride sa iyo kasi fit din sa need ko yung avanza.

February 28th, 2012 01:03 AM #70thanks for answering..
isa pa uli mga boss. automatic na ba na may rustproof ang mga bagong kotse? di ba kasi nilalagay nilang free yun? how can i be sure na na rustproof talaga? or from the factory/plant, e rust proofed na ang kotse?
also, is undercoat a separate thing? thanks!
Choice I would have made as well.
2024 Innova Zenix 2.0 V CVT (non-HEV) vs Innova...
