Now that we've all aired our sides, lets put this behind and continue the 2013 vios discussion.

I just saw a brown 1.5g. It seems smaller than the 2nd gen. The rear windshield(?) Is definitely smaller because of the rear design.

Update on my 1.3E A/T FC. From my previous full tank (auto stop) and refueling again to full tank (same gas station, same dispenser, same fuel Petron XCS and also auto stop) fuel dispenser read 25.93 liters and my trip meter reading 316.9 km. That's about 12.22 km/liter FC for my travels to and fro Sta. Rosa (via greenfield, SLEX) - Las Pinas at SLEX speed of 80~90 kph.

Any issues so far from those new owners of the unit? Compared with the first two generations, is this really better or not?

It's gonna be better. Some users here (Gen 2) can get those figures on 80% city, 20% highway driving.

Normal FC plays around 14-17km/L, highway. 9-12km/L, city.

I have stock halogen projectors in my Sorento and i have placed HID bulbs inside them BUT the cutoff is at the optimal height (i.e. not to glare oncoming traffic).
I know because i've carefully measure my headlights cutoff before and after facing a wall 20-25 feet away.
The things projector HIDs have that my SUV headlights doesn't are the colorful and razor-sharp cut-off and a wider beam.

Does that make me irresponsible also?

*topic: I've yet to see the beauty of this current-gen vios. It looks good on photos online though.
Kinda makes it racey-type looking.

Inggit nga rin ako.

On my 1.3L MT, all I get sa city is 10-11km/L, some times it dips to 8-9km/L pa. Others can get 12km/L effortlessly. Must be on the right foot!
