where did you buy accord horns? and how much?

You can order sa casa (1.7k). You can get it cheaper along banawe but I'd rather OEM.

Asked help from the tFD sponsor shops for the first FD. Ako na nag DIY ng 2nd. Natakot lang kasi ako magbaba ng bumper. Had to watch someone do it first.

EDIT: See post below. The Accord horn is a Mitsuba of some sort.

Mitsuba siya na close to Alpha / Proud Horn ang sound.

This is the pre-MC models in the plant. Only difference is the "dark chrome" headlights & rims. I don't think that's worth 35,000 hehe

Hindi naman sa pangit yung sa FD ano, pero baka gusto lang palitan...

Wala, naka stock horns lang yun pare. Mas bwisit kasi pakinggan

Tsaka yung OEM Accord horns 108dB lang. Gusto ko mga 118dB tulad ng Europa. O yung malaking Nautilus 139dB :evil:

What's weird is that the stock FD horns are rated at 110dB. Pero subjectively, mas malakas pakinggan yung accord horns.

Maybe it's because that the FD horns are more MEEP MEEP than POT POT.

Namaos kaya yung Stebel Magnum ko kaya pinalitan ko nalang to OEM. Also had the other FD's horn changed na rin (from stock).

Medyo malayo din diff hehe.

kakapagod mag linis ng auto. Mukang mahirap yung advise sa akin ng SA ko na 3 W. Wash/Wipe your car everyday (no car shampoo), Weekly carwash (if you don't have the tools to wash your car) and lastly once a month Wax (ito daw ako na tumira para sure na pulido). No need for a buffing machine to wax your car kasi hindi mo daw control speed at nakakakupas ng color if masyadong madiin yung buffing machine, manual lang daw Wax in Wax out para mas kitang kita at pulido (wag kalimutan mga sulok2x kasi pag naiwan ang wax mamumuti yung sulok2x ng auto mo). Plan ko every other day ko na lang wash/wipe si matoinkz (name ng vios ko). Peace out!
