Before ako mag merge sa kabilang lane, this taxi is parang bumilis. Parang ayaw magbigay, But he abruptly stopped nung nakapasok na nguso ng car namin.
After that, i "hazard" light twice then i noticed na parang naging calm yung takbo ng taxi niya. Bigla naging "relaxed" yung pagmamaneho niya.
I saw him on the rear view mirror and naging "slightly masaya" ako haha

i know right, parang may sound funny/corny, pero it's nice go through it (the traffic) being courteous. At sarap pag na-acknowledge and naka influence ka ng fellow drivers to be same.

^ usually sir sabay yung blink sa dashboard tsaka dun sa actual lights.

Err. I take what I said a page ago back. This thread is contagious.

Started doing it yesterday, I just did it thrice tho. Many were still psychos when it comes to "lane-sharing"

Was hoping I could do it today too, but then again, there weren't so many kind people who are willing to share their "bought" lanes :hysterical:

But yeah, I shared this act too within my relatives who drives as well. Maybe they'll do it, maybe not. Who cares, we can just hope that the small community of ours who are mostly responsible drivers would affect a larger pool of people by doing this "borrowed" act of ours

If I stumble upon a person who does this, I can assume that he's been showered by the good deeds of Tsikot people, if not he's from this site as well.

Ang layo niya from me (about 7 cars away) and upon seeing me merging coming from the parking lot to the main road, biglang nag brights si mokong, bumusina, at binilisan lalo. Samantala, ang luwag ng kalsada; he could have move to his left lane instead.

Basta nakakapika. Ewan ko ba kung bakit ganito mag drive ang pinoy. Minsan talaga, nagmamadali tayo, pero hindi ba pwede ng palaging "chill" driving?
Iba feeling kapag chill driving ka lang. Ang gaan ng loob mo.
Takbo ka lang ng 60, go with the flow, give way. Sana lahat ganito.

Sarap naman talaga chill driving eh. Kaso may ibang tao lang talagang mga sadyang kup*l, yung iba sadyang nagmamadali, yung iba sadyang rezing rezing mode lang talaga ang paa. hehehe

ako naman last friday, i was able to use this three times sa C-5...kaninang umaga, i was able to try this once sa whiteplains...actually, kahit na hindi gets ng fellow motorist ang meaning ng act na ito...it will make you feel good kasi you extend a good sign of gesture to others...

Also when security guards salute me, I flash them with the high beam as my car is heavily tinted ☺

Ako either flash ng ilaw or raise ng hand (open palm).

Im sure not all can interpret na thank you or sorry yang pag on ng hazard lights.

a single flash of the hazard light wont confuse, if you leave it blinking for more than one then that means another thing...
