However, as long as they time their major events properly and coordinate with NLEX to ensure additional manpower for toll booths and traffic management, it should be bearable. may point ka nga dun sir, problem is wala siyang sariling daan kasi gitnang bukid siya, kung meron lang sana maganda nga sanang idevelop na lang, latest na tanong tanong ko is 1,500 per square meter, 1 year nang ganun, kung ma swaswak sa 2000 ibibigay na namin, di ko naman planong ubusin sa kotse lang yung pera sir, sa ngayon may sarili akong kotseng ginagamit pero bigay lang sakin, gusto ko kasi yung feeling na ikaw mismo yung bibili. budget ko sana for a new car is below 1m ok na ako dun. yung iba time deposit, house and lot etc. kung tataas pa talaga siya kasi balita ko year 2014 pa target date nila, sana nga mag offer pa sila ng mas mataas, problem lang is walang direktang taga inc na nakikipagusap, puro ahente na bibilhin nila at saka lang iniaalok sa inc.
