It's not a good solution but a solution nonetheless. At this time kasi, patriotism is dead among most of our fellowmen. The only way to control them is through money and incentives.

Saw nga that news on TV about the drunk driver running over a funeral procession, killing a few and hurting many.

At least some effort is being taken again against drunk driving. :thumbup:
