I think the price is just right. Considering it is already a 10 yrs old car, the mileage is still low and maybe a good buy, if meter is unaltered . Look for signs of wear and tear on the seats that might indicate otherwise its true state.

Can anyone help me with finding a good mechanic (who charges fairly too) within the QC, Cubao-Katipunan area?

I can relate to that bro - had a samurai for 4 years, loved it then sold it to replace with it with a montero, then replaced that with a vitara, loved that and roro'd 2x all the way to boracay/caticlan. Shifted to a fieldmaster pajero, then changed back to Vitara. Vitara pa rin!!
