To clear things up, i have no bad blood on Altos ha, subject ko lang dito design =)

Enyways, why is it sa google, pag search k alto lumalabas celerio, pero alto ang nkalagay s model?

Kasi sir sa other markets, the Celerio is also called Alto or A-Star.

To clear things up, i have no bad blood on Altos ha, subject ko lang dito design =)

I'm in the process of getting our first car, and if only ALTO had a bit more future-proof design, no questions asked, I'd get it.

But I see myself driving it and fantasizing about other cars' looks and I see myself enjoying the drive but not the total experience.

I told my wife, would you like to settle for an ALTO and her reply was: "Ayoko nyan, parang lumang delivery pick-up ang harap." and I shut my mouth.

this car is cheap, old style looking (boxy talaga no doubt), small but very reliable and a value for money workhorse. I own one (but the 800cc version), going 5 years na.

if you have a budget you won't ever need to take a look on this car. Suzuki will always be happier to sell you their Swift or SX4 or Grand Vitara. :D

hindi talaga porma ang babayaran mo sa alto. kung porma then scrap na yung Alto (even if I own one aminado ako hindi ako die hard fan like some officer ng isang club na nakipag-away sa FB na nabasa ko dito). go with other cars like an Elantra. or baka naman hindi niyo rin naman kaya ang Elantra so mag step down pa kayo let us say sa Accent pero since tumingin ka sa Alto baka hindi pa rin pasok sa budget mo so doon din kayo sa Eon (IMO better porma than Alto no doubt).

anyway, sa Europe ang tawag nila sa Celerio/A-Star is Alto.

konting redesign lang ng mukha ayos na ang alto. yung likod nito is maganda na, imho better than the latest picanto ang likod/puwetan.

that is a tough one. Kung Alto K10 may edge na ang Alto. pero kung F8D (800cc) Alto vs. Eon, I don't know. Hindi pa ako nakakapag-drive ng EON.

Eon better than F8. K10 more powerful than Eon, and better quality than old F8, but Eon still more refined and spacious.

the Alto (K10) has a more timeless design.

Disappointed lang ako sa interior, steering lang ang pinalitan, sana mas modern na dashboard man lang. They managed to do that in the Jimny.

We are shopping around for a second fuel efficient car (We have a Fiesta presently).

Candidates are the Alto K10 vs Eon. Na drive na namin si Eon. Pogi pero medyo matagtag. So far wala pang available for test drive kay K10 here in Pampanga.

For those who already had a chance to drive both, ano sa tingin ninyo?

The K10 is faster but the Eon is better in every other way. No contest. really, unless you want some extra speed. In which case, you might as well get a Mirage.

haven't driven an Eon yet and hope to drive one soon para naman macompare. Whichever model you get, you get what you paid for.

I guess more effort needed from K10 para maka patas naman sya kay Eon at MIrage.

My brother already bought a Mirage and my wife (who will mostly drive the new fuel economy car) is not too impressed with its suspension. Sumasagad sila pag loaded.

Sabi ko "bakit hindi na lang Fiesta ulit?". "eh di rin tayo nakatipid sa gas." was her reply. OO nga naman

mataas ang ride height ng k10. sumasayad sa depression papasok ng parking area namin ang city i-dsi, corolla saka dropside multicab. 439k for a k10 won't be bad for a second car. (tsk... todo promote ako sa suzuki wala man lang consuwelo... hahaha)
