    question:

ayos pa yung apak ko sa preno bago palitan. sabi nung mekaniko it has something to do with my new pads the reason why i feel the change now? how true?
    TIA sa sasagot!

Drive it for a while. Sometimes pushing back the caliper piston can make things feel funny even after the system is bled.

Aside from bendix brake pads, what other brake pads brand would you recommend? except for RSpec of course, hindi daw kumakapit ang brake pag baha.

I was just looking for an alternative sana. A good quality brake pads (need not be expensive) to do its job.

I have driven through any water or in the rain the right front brake produces a whistle sound.

is this also an indication for me to change the break pads? or it would be something else?

    thanks in advance!

Although medyo makapal pa and can still do around 15k kms, pinalitan ko na kasi sobrang tigas. Baka masira pa rotors.

kaso nga lang sinisira na rin ang brake drum mo in the process kapag nagkaganun. madali pa magoverheat ang brake fluid.

regular inspection lang sa brakes para mamonitor ito. hindi naman ganun ka-intensive sa maintenance ang brake system kumpara sa makina kaya it pays to have it checked regularly (i-base na lang natin ang inspection by casa standards).

mga sirs.. I need you opinions..

due for brake pads replacement na ako anytime soon..

    2. need daw i-reface yung rotor ko (costs 1800 a pair, front)

with regards sa refacing ng rotors, FL rotor has very minimal ridges (not grooves ah o ukit), FR rotor has some ridges, medyo nakakapa if you run across the surface using your fingers. RL and RR disc brakes is also ok. wala naman akong nararamdaman na pulsating sensation whenever I step on my brakes.. I also encounter no problems sa braking system ng car ko aside from creaking noise when releasing the brakes pag galing sa full-stop.

    couple of questions:

    1. do I really need to have my rotors refaced? if yes, is the quoted price for refacing it ay makatarungan?
    2. actually, I am a little bit worried about refacing, ma eensure kaya nila na magiging pantay yung pag refacing nila (same thickness both pair)?
    3. According to my mechanic, masyado daw abrasive yung stock brake pads ng toyota, medyo nadadamage.. totoo ba?
    4. my mechanic recommended using Bendix brake pads. Gaano kaganda ang Bendix in terms of performance and longevity? aabot kaya yan ng at least 3 years (3 to 4 days a week usage)?
    5. What variant of Bendix na ok na hindi masyadong pricey (except for metal kings)?
    6. Paano pag nagpalit lang ako ng brake pads without even having my rotors refaced? kaya bang pantayin ng new brake pads yung irregularities ng rotor surface?

    thanks in advance!
