in the process of possibility elimination that the ABS is causing your symptoms, disable the abs by removing the abs fuse. the brakes revert back to foundation hydraulic brakes with vacuum assist.

you described two noises. is it both screeching and grinding? using common household noises, use a good known similar noise for comparison. check beyond the brakes if you have tried most of the common brake repair procedure. it might be worn out suspension bushings or wheel bearing that is making noise. do a visual inspection if there are metal shavings around the suspected noise area. check for tightness of the fasteners that may have been disturbed. insufficiently torqued fasteners make that noise. the mating surfaces between the rotor and the hub must be free of debris. the mating surfaces between the caliper bracket and the steering knuckle must also be free of debris and torqued to specs

splash shield already checked.. wheel bearings not yet. tingin niyo sir pwedeng eto ang dahilan? how? hindi ko din kasi ma imagine. how about cv joint?

Yep, even went to the extent of replacing my front bearings and having OEM brake pads lately. mine has a sound of parang pinuputol naman na kahoy or as if ung sound ng hydraulic na upuan kapag luma na. though with my other rig, using bendix, maingay talaga as in heavy metal sound pag start ko ng driving sa umaga but pag nakalayo na ako ng mga 1km or more, ala na sound, normal na.

bro, in my case yun ha. just sharing my own experience po yun. after magpalit ng mga bearing i voluntarily "pulled down" the whole suspension system as well just to make sure of its condition but there again, 0 findings. sabi nga ng mrs ko, baka daw naghahanap na ng bagong may-ari, hehehe.

guys, mukhang nakita ko na talaga yun culprit.

WHEEL HUB sabi ng wheelers. hanap ako surplus then sabay ko na din wheel bearing.. feeling ko eto na talaga kasi pinakita sakin oblong na pag na sspin. nilagyan pansamantala ng grasa sa wheel hub. nawala yun ingay.

yep! nagtanong na ako ng mga piyesa sa nisparts...yun wheel hub sa surplus lang daw makakahanap. meron lang sila wheel bearing.

halos ganyan din kasi problema ko. kaya lang ang sa akin kapag tumtakbo ka ng over 60kph tapos nagpreno ka, nagkakaroon ng rattling and shaking sound na nagmumula sa kaliwang unahan. Pinalitan na outer CV joint (umiingit na rin kasi) pati engine supports, pati strut mount, kaso meron pa ring "shuddering" o "rattling" sound. ramdam mo sa brakes at pat sa auto body. Pinagpalit namin ang rotor disc - dahil kung yung kaliwang rotor disc and may sabit, lilipat yung rattle sa kanan. Kaso talagang sa kaliwa pa rin nagsisimula kapag nag-brake ka.

Nung una, ang iniisip naming culprit yung rack bushing (EPS ang steering ko) kasi umuuga kapag inuga mo yung rack. Kaso wala kang mahanap ng ganyang bushing, kaya ginawan ng remedyo ng mekaniko. Humigpit naman, pero hindi pa rin nawala yung ratlling noise kapag nagpreno ka sa 60kph up. Brand new ang feel ng suspension at steering ngayon, yun nga lang may kalampag.
