guys saang shop kayo nagpupunta to have your brake pads changed? i've been looking over the forums and the net and mukhang kaya naman i-diy. kaya lang ang problem ko wala akong gamit especially when it's time to push back the brake piston.

also, nakikita ko marami suggestion is to use bendix standard. mga how much ito and meron ba nito sa blade/true value/concorde or do i have to go to banawe pa?

    many thanks.

Most auto decently stocked auto supplies should have bendix pads available for the more popular car models. You can have your suking talyer or gas station do the pad change and perhaps you may want to drain/change your brake fluid as well and clean the rear drums.

In Banawe, you can try Wheelers Suspension Haus.

sa suking auto supply merong bendix or kung merong bosch mas okay.
pakabit mo na lang sa suking brake specialist or mechanic.

di ba kailangan pa i-reface and rotor disc nyan so that the new break pad will sit properly?

Only if there are deep grooves on the rotor and/or uneven wear on the old brake pad. Otherwise, it's not necessary.

To get the brake pad to sit properly, you just have to observe the proper brake bedding procedure to prevent green fade.
