    Never try any Nankang, pap!

If you're on a budget, just get Korean/Malaysian/Indian-made tires (Maxxis, Falken, GT Radial).

Three Chinese-made tires recently blew on me while at Slex.

    Deym!

    Sir,

I used to have the GT Radial Champiro 55 and 50 for my 15 x 6.5 wheels.

    Ngayon I'm using Nankang NS2 195 x 50 x 15.

I drive everyday for at least 60kms bahay office bahay. Combo ng hi-way at national road at eskinita. Average speed 100kph, max 160kph. Mileage ko, 35 miles per gallon = 54 kms per 4 liters. 20 years old na auto ko, stock ang engine at suspension.

    Hope this helps...

laging check yun araw araw, cold temp, at after first 2 kms

i had ns-II 205/40/17... all i can say is... never again.

sobrang dulas ng goma. ramdam mo kung break na slipping yung tires. very unstable sa grip. handling sa turns, bad. i would not recommend this tire.

i would rather save up on yokohama tires. satisfied user. a-drive gamit ko and malayo grip niya sa nankang. its no advan but it does the job.

    my 2 cents

masyado ata matigas ang 40 psi. i use GT savero AT 235/75/R15 and 32 psi on all 4. ride is a pickup.

sabi nga misis ko "mas high maintenance pa yang sasakyan na yan kesa saken"....awwww. natamaan tuloy ako eh.

Two Nankangs and a Westlake already blew up on me at Slex ... sidewalls cracks.

An old set of AD07s still did their job well til they totally lost tread to ply.

    Iba talaga Japan-made tires.

These are budget tires. I've read more bad reviews than good. I'd stay away.

I previously had Nankang NS-2 on myECCS B13 and Maxxis (MV-1? not sure) on my Civic SiR. All i can say is they're similar. Affordable and its seems like its made of a harder compound - matagal mag wear. But grip isnt that impressive. As a daily driver, my rant is it doesnt have a rim protector like the japanese tires, and its prone to cracks on the sidewalls - i believe the sidewalls of these tires are very weak. Never run flat on these tires or you'll see cracks immediately.

We use Nankang Mudstars on the daily drivers. Nankang Super Tripper on the MB100. No problems with both.

My father put a set of 17" NS-2's on his weekend car W140 Mercedes.

Nothing bad to report so far. Except for the lack of a rim guard siguro.

Bought Nankang NSII (Made in Taiwan), and it last for more than 3 years for me. I am planning to replace na ulet with the same. 205/50/R16. Also, i used nitro (please read a review about that) and maybe it helps for me. 31psi, maintaining air.

Please share again your experience if you bought the same last 2010.
