ksi balak ko rin mag paputol pero nag hahanap na lng ako ng 2nd hand na lowering springs.

To decipher, don't worry pre kung 5 kayo sumasakay. Lowering springs have a higher spring rate than the stock ones, meaning low nga ang car mo pero that doesn't mean na it'll go lower just as easy pag may sumakay kasi masmatigas yung springs. Eto pa, ok lang if you just buy the lowering springs to lower your car without changing the shocks pero the shocks will wear out sooner kasi magiging mabigat bigla load nya. Kung almost worn out na shocks mo, definitely just get na lang din bagong pair ng performance shocks para isang trabaho na lang pagkabit. Bale a set of lowering springs (4) and a set of shocks (4). Get the good brands para quality. That way hindi ricey ang dating You don't wanna go any lower than 1.5 inches na drop so choose your springs/shocks combo wisely, you'll have camber and sayad issues otherwise. just my 2 cents po.

mga bossing ma ot lang ah kung mag chachange ako ng springs and mags. do i need to go for balancing and alignment right away. can you tell me how much this cost? or pwedeng hindi na? what will happen if not.

merwede springs cost around 8k for a set of 4. pair em up with KYB gas (1.8-2k per piece) para di mashado magsag kasi stiffer ang rate nila vs. fluid type ones.

If I'm not mistaken, yung tukod look is for rear-wheel drag race cars, and very fast ones at that. Aerodynamic efficiency in a straight line is the reason, I think. Plus the rear wheels that drive the car are usually bigger.

It's not advisable for street cars esp. front wheel drive cars.

H&R would be your best bet. Hindi naman yan taon-taon pinapalitan.

Fluid type shocks may not be able to handle the forces that come with lower springs - both when in motion and while standing still. It might work, but it won't last as long and the ride quality is not as good as gas-types.

lowering springs on fluid shocks tend to make the car bottom out when hitting speed bumps or potholes.

kasi malambot yung fluid type shocks, kaya pag daan sa hump, malakas ang body movement. kaya pag baba mo sa hump, bababa din yung body ng car which could lead to your tire hitting the inner lining of the fender or pag sayad ng auto. stock sa likod lang since di naman ako punuan magpasakay, gas sa harap kasi don yung heavier side of the car due to the engine.

i suggest you get an H&R sport 30mm drop lang para sa A101 mo na corolla pero check out kung ok pa ang shocks kasi sayang lang ma apektuhan ang handling.nag sasakay ako 4 hindi sumasayad.conservative drop lang medyo mas mababa ang likod kesa harap yan ang corolla nakatingala since progressive ang H&R ma cocorrect ang tayo tuwid at unat swabe.
