i was a former loyal customer of cruven sucat. dahil they did a good job dun sa lancer ko.
pero dun sa sentra ko, ang dami nilang sablay... first, they did a faulty job dun sa brake pads ko... mali ang nilagay. pangalawa, when they did a replacement of my front rack ends and rods, hindi nila ina-align. pangatlo, when they replaced my cv joint, after a day, napunit yung cv boot. not to mention na mahal na nga sila, medyo di ko na din gusto ang quality ng trabaho nila.

that is why, natuto na din ako... now, i am always having my suspension fixed sa servitek alabang. ok lang na mahal, at least quality ang trabaho.

Mga dre, my lower suspension bushing (big) is due as may punit na sya. Replacement lang yung current ko and it lasted 1 year lang (replacement jap[an made bought from toyoramaat 250/pc). I'm inclined to try Cruven's solution na fabricate na gawa sa truck tire rubber. any reviews on this? 500/pc eh. Thanks

If you have the means to buy a new bushing rather than fabricating it, I suggest just buy.

With my experience with Cruven Fairview branch way back some 2 years ago, I don't even consider going to that shop anymore. It cost me even more and in the end, I ended up with my trusted shop and buying new parts for my Mazda pickup (already sold). All of those parts that they Cruven reconditioned just went to trash.

Here sir, is the link/page where I posted my experience way back in June 2010 but the actual repair was done sometime in January 2010.

But that is just from my experience which led me decide to not ever go there anymore. You can try them if you want so you can decided if ever you'll available of their services again or put a big X mark on your list of auto shops.

so basically negative experience for me.

IMO, mas ok pa rin ang replace parts kaysa dito. Remedy lang ang ginagawa nila.

Hi Sir, I am the owner of Cruven Sucat. I just came across your comment today. I would appreciate it if you could let me know your plate number or name or you can call us at Cruven Sucat (825-4874) to let us know the details so that I can investigate what happened here. We carry records of the repairs and we will be able to identify the mechanic who worked on your car. Thank you for the feedback. This is important to us to help us improve on our service. Thank you again.

i tend to agree. but for bushings siguro, it's case-to-case basis. i saw the OEM bushing for the escape and the fabricated one. there's nothing special sa OEM part so i decided to go for the fabricated one which looks and feels sturdier.

    so far so good.
