The stock Yokohoma A-specs seem to have worked well on our Innova before. We replaced them with Bridgestone Turanzas after and was also quite happy. The tires were quiet and wet grip is good.

Ito thread pattern ng Pirelli Scorpion vs. Cooper Discoverer ATR. Parang same sa Dunlop at BStone yung sa pirelli (left).

    hi guys,

ano magandang tires na 235/55/17. priority is comfort 2nd ang performance yung kaya tumakbo ng lagpas 200. mas maganda kung all weather and kahit papaano hindi naman mabilis mapudpod..

Check this out: Car Bibles : The Wheel and Tyre Bible Page 1 of 4

You need a ire with a speed ratinh minimun of "H". Much better if higher.

Performance tires na yan and most SUV tires I know have no rating of such.

Yung OEM tire niyan ano ba? Much better kung yun na rin or something comparable sa speed rating.

Traction dapat A or AA kasi high-speed trip mo eh.

Thanks! That's a very informative link. Stock tire is yokohama geolandar. Someone told me it's not safe to travel on that speed with the stock tire. Hindi ko kasi alam specs.. I will check it tom. Baka pwede naman. Hehe.

turns out i don't need to change the tires na pala. V siya so kaya pa upto 240kph yung speed. traction is B so hindi pwede patakbo ng mabilis on wet roads.

on the comfort side, wala naman ata guage kung papaaano malaman ang comfy na tire? baka sa tire pressure nalang.. i don't know...

anyway, thanks for the link. saved me from gastos. for now... hehehe

For someone who is on a tight budget, what brand can you recommend for a 205/65/R15 tire???

Mahal na ba yung 3K for that size? O median lang yan?

    TIA

Good for you. Comfy kasi is subjective and more on the car rather than the tire basta proper pressure lang palagi ha.

Let's wait for the more experienced owners.

Kung commercial use lang ok na yung mga indian brands. MRF & Apollo are decent and give good mileage. Huwag lang ipreno bigla ng driver pag fully loaded, medyo prone to flat spotting.
