Anybody using Petron XCS or Blaze for their Forester XT? I am normally using Shell V-Power Nitro+ but my wife will be receiving a Petron fleet card. It's free so we might as well use it.

Tried shell once, no noticeable change. I sticked with petron because of the rfid value card.

Congrats and welcome to the club! Nothing to worry about except that the speed limit at Aseana is only 60 kph.

Just drive her home and enjoy. Got the XT from them the month.
By the way, don't forget the photo op with the big key together the pretty chix. She will request anyway. Just in case she will forget.

You can always bring it to Skyway to try triple digit speeds. Hehehe

Kung gusto mo mas mabilis pa, go to SCTEX. Hahaha

Normally, sa baterya lang ikinakabit yan. Auto detect. Kusang mag turn on and off pag start at switch off ng engine. Check with the seller.

Despite being old for a platform, the Forester is one practical and sensible CUV. Below is a feature by TopGearPH on the 2016-refreshed Forester XT.

Question lang on the rack and pinion ng electronic power assisted steering. The bushing kasi on mine is somewhat loose na daw and is diagnosed to be causing the "kalampag" and was informed this type of power steering is non-repairable and I have to replace the whole assembly. Has anyone encountered this and can't you really repair/replace just the bushing?

That's scary. What cost are you looking at for that? Did they give any idea why the bushing has failed?
