test drove both the XV and the Fozzie....got a bit disappointed with the XV in terms of space and comfort.

felt a bit cramped/suffocated inside the XV, 6'0 ft pa namn ako...felt more spacious in my civicfd and felt more refined un Fozzie....sayang porma pa nman nun XV....huhuhu....but how can i enjoy it if i dont feel happy and relaxed inside hahaha....but i love the paddle shifts and the engine feels smooth with the CVT transmission

funny thing...mas binebenta pa ng SA un fozzie kesa sa xv in terms of refinement (or maybe it's just me?)...which i agreed after test driving both....sana lumaki lng ng onti un xv hahaha....

might go for the fozzie nlng....excited to become a first time Subie owner!

I currently own a 2010 Forester and test drove the XV premium last April. I was impressed with it. The XV can be described as the Forester's younger sibling, meaning the XV has most of features you want from the Forester except size. The XV is an Impreza that was converted to a crossover while the Forester is really an SUV. Both are good vehicles. It really depends on your needs and preference on which one to buy.

Checked the XV before. I was impressed with the build quality but not the price. Last April for the price of a XV premium, a Forester 2.0 XS can be had.

Inside of the XV is small, cramped, and exudes an aura of claustrophobia. Its a compact car jacked up to CUV stance so I may have had an unrealistic expectation beforehand.

I just went with the Forester bec its more spacious, airier, etc for the same price as XV premium. I don't worry about the Forester's imminent obsolescence bec. I'm not fond of buying vehicles when they are first launched (Let the first buyers sort out the "bugs" for the manufacturer and buy after the mid life facelift/improvements).

same sentiments sir....there's this feeling of claustrophobia... but the exterior is something that i really love...esp in white!
maybe because of the hawkeye headlamps which im sure will make it to the 2014 forester as well. :D

btw sir...did the 2.0XS have the rear spoiler included na?

this car looks like an improved mask rider black with robotic edges. parang tutubi na alien na kalaban ni Voltes V. hindi ko malaman kung sedan o kia soul o cuv o race car. maybe this is the result if you merge all type of cars together.

oh well, good luckk to the individualists - this car's market

that only means mas madami ka masasayang na oras sa CASA waiting for 2.5 hrs. mas gusto ko pa yun iwan sa umaga then pasok then balikan sa hapon.
